1. Austin 2. Ol' Red 3. The Baby 4. Some Beach 5. Goodbye Time 6. Nobody But Me 7. The More I Drink 8. Home 9. She Wouldn't Be Gone 10. I'll Just Hold On 11. Hillbilly Bone 12. All About Tonight 13. Who Are You When I'm Not looking 14. ** New Song ** 15. ** New Song**
Looks like a solid track listing to me.. they could even opt to put in "Playboys of the Southwestern World." That'd be okay with me.

^ Agreed. I don't think its much of a stretch at all, and including just a couple new songs would be logical, in case they may release another single specifically from the GH package to fill up time before his next album -- which I think may be a return to the full-length formula, because he expressed that he wasn't too fond of the SixPacks, I recall.

Jason Aldean "My Kinda Party" November 2, 2010 Nashville, Tenn. – August 23, 2010 – There’s a lot about multi-platinum country rocker Jason Aldean that’s become familiar during his first five years as a hitmaker; after all, he has spent more weeks at No. one on the radio charts than any other country artist in the last 14 months. Now, with the release of his robust 15 track studio disc MY KINDA PARTY on Nov. 2, 2010, Aldean builds on the sound that brought him to the ‘party,’ while continuing to push the boundaries of country music with his own unique style. “The album is named MY KINDA PARTY because it’s totally representative of what I like and what my fans have come to expect on my records and at the ‘party’ we throw at our shows,” says Aldean. “I think the key is knowing who you are as an artist and taking it to an extreme without ripping anybody else off...it’s all about knowing what it is that sets you apart.” Produced by Michael Knox, the essence of MY KINDA PARTY is the solidity of its material. By selling 3.5 million records in the first phase of his career, Aldean commanded the attention of Nashville’s songwriters as he put together music for the album. As a result, MY KINDA PARTY is stacked with inviting melodies and intriguing storylines. The first single, the muscular title track, has fit very quickly into the jacked-up portion of both his concert set list and radio playlists across the country. But there’s other stylistic landscape to explore too, including his first full-fledged duet with big-voiced pop singer Kelly Clarkson for “Don’t You Wanna Stay” and the groove of “Dirt Road Anthem” that suggests Aldean has listened to a little Snoop Dogg in his time. Aldean’s ultra-Southern vocal style gives him an immediately identifiable sound, and the band helps set him even further apart from other country stars. “I don’t want my records to sound like everybody else’s,” he insists. “The only way to do that is to cut it like we do…with my touring band and with an engineer that nobody else uses in Nashville, and I’m really proud of that.” MY KINDA PARTY TRACK LIST: Tattoos On This Town Dirt Road Anthem Church Pew or Barstool Just Passing Through Fly Over States My Kinda Party I Ain’t Ready to Quit It Ain’t Easy Country Boy’s World Heartache That Don’t Stop Hurting Texas was You Don’t You Wanna Stay See You When I See You If She Could See Me Now Days Like These Fans can log onto Facebook for the unveiling on the MY KINDA PARTY album cover tomorrow

That's a lot of tracks from Jason Aldean. And a nice surprise to see him dueting with Clarkson. I'm curious to know what kind of song it is.

Kenny Chesney's 'Hemingway's Whiskey': Track-By-Track Preview 4. "You And Tequila" (featuring Grace Potter) (Matraca Berg/Deana Carter) Chesney: "This song makes me believe in music even more. I'd never met Grace Potter until she came into the studio. She grew up in the woods in Vermont. I grew up in the woods in East Tennessee. We come from completely worlds, different backgrounds, probably religious beliefs, we haven't talked about it. I don't know what her political beliefs are, I don't know nothing about any of that. I know she's a great person and I know that she is a hell of a singer. I heard her voice and I knew I would love to sing with her one day. I didn't know it would be on this, or this soon. "At the end of 2007, I rented a house North of Malibu, Calif., for about two months. I was exhausted, I didn't want to talk to anybody, I didn't want to listen to music, I just wanted to be still for a minute. Every day I would drive close in to Santa Monica, meet some friends, eat dinner, and I'd drive back up the PCH with the windows down. That time of year is really chilly, I'd watch the sun set. It's beautiful, I loved it. I would turn on the radio every now and then and I would hear these songs. I heard an Eagles song, I don't even remember what the song was. But I remember thinking, 'Wow, I think I like music again.' "When I heard 'You and Tequila,' it put me in that spot. That's when I thought of Grace, because I listened to her music a lot on the boat, a lot on the bus, her live record especially. She has a song called 'Apology' that still kills me. I got in touch with her and sent her the song, I had already recorded it. She called back the next day and said "I want to make this happen." When she came in and we put our voices together, wow. I love the song, Matraca and Deana wrote it, but, boy, it's relatable, so universal. To have Grace on it, that will be with me forever." This is an amazing song, but I wonder if Kenny can pull it off like Deana does. I am really interested in hearing his version, and I think it would be a killer single.

I wonder how his will sound as well, because I know already that he cannot top Deana Carter. That said, I appreciate that he dug up an album track of hers', because it shows that at the very least someone was going: "Hey, Deana's got some great music." I wish she would start putting out some new music again.

He wouldn't be able to, but Grace Potter sure could. Hopefully she actually sings verses in this and not just background on the chorus.

Thoughts on the Ricky Skaggs album? Only just learned that he co-wrote "Change The World" with Clapton, which has given me more respect for him. But I never know how to feel when artists go the explicitly Christian route. www.countrystandardtime.com/d/cdreview.asp?xid=4486

My family recently saw Ricky Skaggs in concert, and he's absolutely amazing.
Great bluegrass music, and personally, I enjoy the Christian songs...

^ Don't forget Wayne Kirkpatrick. I only know this because Karen of Little Big Town mentioned it on one of their little webisodes. She took people on a tour of the studio of Wayne's. Pointed out he was too talented and that song was proof of it. ha.

This blurb from the 23 August Billboard Country Update suggests that Capitol Nashville is still looking a new album release from Keith Urban this year:

Interesting to hear that he wants to strip it down, though. Hopefully it's gonna be as awesome (almost, at least) as Love, Pain and the whole crazy thing.
