As per AT40's usual practice, the skip weeks DO count towards the "weeks on" totals. As such, everything that was on the chart prior to the holidays gets 2 additional weeks.
2 skipped weeks does wonders for chart movement, too. However, as these things go, next week will, probably, feel slow.
Ryan mentioned that "I Knew You Were Trouble" is the 2nd highest debut, ever, behind "Born This Way". It appears he forgot about "4 Minutes", which debuted at #12.
