I LOVE the video! I really liked that she played bad and good. Also, she is looking better than she EVER has too!

Visually stunning. I hate to say things like this so soon but it may be my favorite video of hers, though I confess that it doesn't have a lot of competition (particularly given then early commitment to Roman White).

I like how in the side by side choreography of the two Carries, the good, geeky one is 10x more awkward.

I watched the CMT Top 20 this past weekend, and "Remind Me" was still on there at #19. Wow. How many weeks has it been on that countdown?

Do you guys think a 2nd single will be released before the album comes out? This seems to be climbing the charts pretty fast, as expected.

Anyone else thinks that the view count on the Vevo video looks way too low for it to be accurate??

Supposedly it was just Carrie talking about the album and she said nothing new (darker, biggest of ballads, countriest of country, all over the place , naughty, etc.). No snippets of tracks were played or anything.

I as well think the video is pretty great. It's something different for Carrie and she looks better than ever. Very artistic and Carrie has never looked more comfortable.

GG sold 66k this week, bringing its total up to 293k. It's at #19 on the Hot Digital Tracks chart. She's still #1 on the Country Digital Songs Chart, I believe.
Music video is steady at #3 on the iTunes all-genre chart, and the song itself is at #15 on the iTunes all-genre songs chart. Great movements! ETA: Not only that, but judging by Kworb's popularity bars, GG should take over the #14 spot and jump over Drake/Rihanna within a couple of hours. GG's creeping up on its sales percentage and has closed in on less than 1%.

I like the music video, however I wish it stayed on a scene for more than half a second. It changes around a little too much in my opinion (and it hurt my eyes..). Still one of her stronger videos. And she looks fucking hot in it. In my opinion, "Good Girl" is her best song.

The Single Up to #14 itunes ALL GENRE, #1 Country. Rascall Flatts is catching up fast. It's #15 all genre and #2 country and it has potential to pass GG anytime soon.
KEEP BUYING

GG has 108 spins on HAC and one Top 40 station has already started to spin it. Perhaps the label should give it an adds date on HAC as soon as it cracks the top 50? It doesn't hurt to chart on country and HAC simultaneously, right?

KEEP BUYING The RF song is an iTunes countdown single...they're releasing one track per week until their album comes out April 3. I guess it could pass "Good Girl", but it'd be very brief. "Changed" will begin to drop next week when the next countdown single comes out, whereas "Good Girl" will probably stay fairly steady, maybe climbing a bit yet, as its airplay continues to build.

Apropos of the discussion here about Carrie having cut a Lori McKenna song, this Boston Globe article reveals that the title is "Nobody Knows." It's a song cowritten by Barry Dean (who cowrote "Crazy Dreams" with Troy Verges & Carrie), Lori McKenna, and Felix McTeigue. From the BMI number it looks like it was registered around when Play On cowrites were being registered. That is not necessarily indicative of when Carrie recorded it, but it may be. In any event, McTeigue has McKenna's demo of the song up at Soundcloud. He includes "Hill" parenthetically, which makes me wonder if Faith Hill may have looked at the song. I quite like the song, and would love to hear Carrie's interpretation of it. It's a different type of story and lyric than we've heard from her, but the melody and sensibility of the song would suit her very well. On another note, I've seen some discussion here and there about possible Oz references in the Blown Away cover art. If this is more than a visual theme inspired by the title track, wouldn't it be something if "Take Me to the City" were to make the album and the song were inspired by (or contained some reference to) the journey to the Emerald City?
