I find it interesting that they included two 70's songs among the top hits of 1994. Granted, both were new versions of the songs, but they still seem out of place for that spotlight to me.

I agree with the spotlight observation. For whatever reason, it was as though there were not enough acceptable songs from 1994 to play on AT10 other than remakes.
As far as the LDD goes, Casey could have repeated the letter he read on AT20 which did not air because of the Christmas specials. Instead, there was nothing. Since all the specials are finished, one would hope that the LDD will return this week. If not, then something strange definitely is happening.

So has anyone heard AT20 yet? There was no dedication on AT20 either? Something weird is goin on with this show. No LDD's and the last half of 2008 Make Kasem fills in , just strange that Casey would skip the shows most importaint feature.

There was no LDD on AT20 this past week because they aired Part 2 of the year-end countdown. Apparently, LDD will be back this coming weekend as Five for Fighting's "World" is supposed to be played on both shows.
