Dear Casey,

Like a lot of people, I've had a hard time during 2008. Business is really fallen off. Gasoline prices made everything more expensive. And since the banking & stock market crisis, I have not stopped worrying about my job & the jobs of everyone around me. Not a day goes by that I don't wonder when I won't be able to come up with my mortgage payment. And for Christmas, we had to cut way back on presents and celebrations. It's been tough on us, and tough on the kids too. But, I am not a pessimist. Casey now that we're beginning a new year with a new President, I can't help but feel that though things may be bad right now, they're going to get better. So, I'd like to dedicate the song "World" for the new year. It's a song with a hopeful message. Thanks.

Steven

Good spotlight and good show overall.

I believe this is the first time that all the spotlight songs have been from this decade.

Only issue I have with this past weekend's show was timing of the Spotlight. Although it was never posted here, my recap for the year-end show included the name of the show 6 times. Now just 2 weeks later, I had to write it 6 times once again. As you can tell, I am not a huge fan of that program.
