"We R Who We R" will start to lose quickly because of "Blow," while "Marry You" is being released later and not up as high on the charts as "Blow" already. So, unfortunately, I think "We R Who We R" will forever be a number two song.
"My Happy Ending" is one that went number one mid-week. I can't think of any others at the moment, though.

I used to be ambivalent about Bruno Mars, but now I dislike him for having blocked such a sweet jam from #1 with his bland (though admittedly talented) Grenade.
