Guess you missed Rated R like everyone else. She had 'Rude Boy' and 'Hard' during the Rated R era. Both of them were hits, particularly the former. Yeah, but I wouldn't say she was "killing it" with those singles. With the GGGB and Loud singles? Yes.

slw, I've had the show on the whole time- and I commented on Queen B(eyonce) multiple times before. :) And now here comes Hall of Famer Neil Diamond to perform some of his classics (though he had to wait 22 years for his induction). Cool.

Singing live isn't even the issue, I think everybody expects her to lip but at least OWN the stage. If she was going to dance, then lipping is fine. But she can't just walk around and lip. IA...she should just stop award shows period. I think her tours she might put more into it, though. I wonder if anyone (who hasn't seen her perform lately) refunded their concert tickets after that last performance. S&M was fine because even though she wasn't completely into it it was competent for a brief cameo. The TTWE performance just showcased all her faults as a performer nowadays without any of the charm that was at least present in S&M or the other ones from this era.

Britney was a special guest performer for Nicki Minaj. She let Nicki shine and it showed.

Even Neil is pulling out better moves than Brit tonight. That's not hard to do in 2011.

With the GGGB and Loud singles? Yes. But, then you got to remember that during that same era, she was featured on the Top 2 hits "Run This Town" and "Love The Way You Lie."

Yeah but it's not like TTWE will get good reviews for its performance and could hinder sales for the tour too. This would have been an excellent vehicle for Nicki and Britney to kill it and give fans a tease of what is to come on the tour. however...

Britney was a special guest performer for Nicki Minaj. She let Nicki shine and it showed. She could have put some effort and showed some fire. It's like Britney you have 30 seconds, do something!!!!!!! Nothing!!! I swear I just want to shake her sometimes!!!

I think that it could possibly stop people that were thinking about seeing her. I'm sure the people that bought tickets looked at the Circus tour and knew all of the possibilities.

Nicki and Britney were embarrassing. I don't know what Nick was doing but that was uncomfortable watching her-girl has no rhythm, can't dane and no presence. Britny could have stayed home rather than walk on stage lipping. #Disappointed.

I think the mega Spears fans kinda know what they're getting, and they probably do not care- but, at those prices and what you get, it would be a lot less expensive to see a mime artist at a local theatre or something.
I just wonder how she's going to do on the tour, when, based on what I heard of the last tour, it was all mimed and the dancing was nowhere near what it was in the past. So, if the fans saw that tour and liked it, they'll probably like the new tour.

Britney looked goooooooooood. can't deny that but it wasn't a fashion show. It was the billboard awards.

Britney looked goooooooooood. can't deny that but it wasn't a fashion show. It was the billboard awards. Exactly. That's like the respond people love to give(my bf included). Yes, she looked great but so did dozens of others. I think people don't want to accept that it's that bad.

There's a reason why she wasn't announced as a performer officially. SMH@ y'all.

There's a reason why she wasn't announced as a performer officially. SMH@ y'all. True, but with what little time she was on stage she should have knocked it out of the park. How hard can it be to sing live or dance for 30 seconds. I never expected her to have a huge performance, but I thought she'd make her cameo;s matter.

To be fair to Britney, despite being disappointed, she was given like less than a minute. What the hell can you do for that short amount of time though?

That Rihanna performance was WEAK. I liked the hands, but it was so boring. Britney was a downgrade IMO. I love her, but she needs to either come hard or go home.
