Chris confirmed @ a recent listening party that he's releasing a new album or some would say part 2 to "F.A.M.E." 6 months after its release on March 22nd.
He confirmed early favs that didn't make it on "F.A.M.E." like "Calypso" & "Sweetheart" will make "Fortune"
it seems impossible for Chris Brown to move on. Time will tell. Sean Penn got 2 academy award since his assault on madonna. Maybe Chris Brown will be well considered in 20 years of time.

They released the photos right before Graffiti came out. I feel like for every ignorant comment or move he makes, somebody is going to release stuff like that to knock his ass down back to Planet Earth.

QUOTE Dear Chris Brown,
Sweet baby Jesus.
Faint whispers laced with your name emerged when people realized you would be attending -- and performing -- at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards along with your ex-girlfriend, pop singer, Rihanna. The same award's show which three years ago you were scheduled to perform, but didn't, because of a violent assault that changed both of your lives. And unfortunately, brought us to this place, this letter.
Grammy night arrived on Sunday, Feb. 12. Whispers were no longer whispers. Full-formed doubts and questions resonated loud through people's timelines and favorite blogs after you won for Best R&B Album. "Did he deserve the win?" "Have we forgiven him?" "Have we forgot?"
Did you deserve to win? Yes. It's undeniable that you've polished your artistry with every project, despite your indiscretions. You're a talented singer, songwriter, dancer and to be honest you can rap better than some well-known rappers. You triumphantly returned with revealing synth-heavy album "F.A.M.E." which marked your first Billboard 200 No. 1 album. Your name resonated louder than the other nominees.
Rihanna herself said she was glad to see you "succeed again." But as you know, in this universe we call the music industry, hate rings louder in people's ears than love.
Have we forgiven you? Some have, some haven't. Have we forgotten? No. Never will, sadly. Which is why you'll be an artist oft-maligned, specifically pertaining to those two questions.
But my concerns are your habitual stunts of anger. You don't let us forgive and not turn back.
One minute you're crying at the closing of a Michael Jackson tribute at the 2010 BET Music Awards and the next you're throwing chairs out the "Good Morning America" window. One minute you're grabbing your first Grammy for your first No. 1 album. The next you're cursing everybody and their mothers on Twitter AND reportedly saying it was someone who controls your tweets. Really?
You can't get mad at us for not forgetting. It happened, it's written. But when you get aggressive and act out, what do you think people are going to reference? For every person that is waiting for your fall, there are those cheering for you to win, but it's hard for those who want you to thrive because when you take one step forward, you inevitably take two steps back.
Take a note from Jay-Z's words to Kanye West, in your own song coincidentally, "Deuces," "But I won't get my drama on/ What I'm dealing with is too real for me to comment on/ Jay finally got it through my head not to run my mouth/ So when y'all talking about you know who/ I don't know who you talking 'bout," 'Ye rhymed.
Write it down on iNotes, Evernote… wherever but not Twitter.
As much as we like to quote 2pac, people judge. We're imperfect and carry insecurities of our own. Which is why many believe you deserve a second chance. We know, as you have also admitted, what happened three years ago was disturbing, heartbreaking and simply unjustifiable. Yet, you're growing, learning and bettering as an artist. Personally? That's for you to show us. And recently it's as if you don't care to.
As for your rumored reunion with Rihanna, personally and professionally? Why don't you stroll through Billboard Editor, Jason Lipshutz's open letter to her right here.
“I have an authentic, God-given talent, drive, and longevity that will always separate me from everyone else. I’ve been fortunate to accomplish things that the younger generation of queens dream of accomplishing. I have no desire for anyone else’s throne. I am very comfortable in the throne I’ve been building for the past 15 years.”

In a nutshell, what she wrote was the truth. He makes it hard for us (the consumer) to forgive when every time something negative is said he lashes out in extreme fashion. I still enjoy the music but he makes it hard to like his personality.
Billboard really needs to shut up. Who are they to judge? I mean, really. People are abused every single day, and while many situations end horribly, some do not. We do not know what is going on between them, and honestly, it's their lives and their decision. Of course, no one wants to sit back and let something negative happen, but this has been dragged out for too long and if she believes he has changed, than so be it.
Fresh off his Grammy win and performance with Pitbull at “Premio Lo Nuestro,” Chris Brown joined his friends for some fun in the sun in Miami Beach. Rocking a thick gold chain, Breezy happily posed with fans and relaxed on the sand with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who he is reportedly now living with. Photographers captured a flock of seagulls swooping down on a shirtless Chris, who decided to have a little fun with them as his friend snapped pictures.
After addressing his critics earlier in the week, Breezy shot back at country singer Miranda Lambert for chiding him following his appearance at the Grammys. During her show on Thursday, she held up a sign from a fan that read, “Take notes Chris Brown,” prompting his response.
“Using my name to get publicity? I love it! Perform your heart out!” he tweeted. “Go buy @miranda_lambert album! So motivational and ‘PERFECT’!”
Chris is readying a remix to his single “Turn Up the Music,” which will feature a surprise guest or two, and is rumored to appear on the remix to Rihanna’s “Birthday Cake.”
The entire search warrant/affidavit/police report from his assault on Rihanna has leaked.
Very funny how all of a sudden this leaks after his Grammy win and the remix with Rihanna.
A 2nd batch of battered photos came out last year after she had dropped the restraining order too.
I don't know why the affadavit is suddenly being re-introduced to the world again as new info on all the blogs though, that's been out since 2009. I just can't feel any kind of way for how he's being treated by the media; if he wasn't continuously doing dumb sh*t and re-enforcing the media's point then I would say it's unfair for people not letting things go.
He responds to everything, I mean why would he think it would be a good idea to even bother paying Miranda dust? Now she's going to really drag him.
I typically like Miranda, but she is starting to take this a little too far. Part of me agrees that she is trying to use his name for publicity. She made her opinion of him perfectly clear following the Grammys; she doesn't need to be holding up signs at concerts, too.

I think the only new information that leaked was the request for his cell phone records right? There's obviously an agenda behind re-introducing the police report as part of it.
