Judging by the iTunes snippets, the album is full of bland, middle-of-the-road AC fluff. Does that surprise you? Not me.

This album is a snooze-fest!!!! I think the album is great! No overproduced dance music here, just really good songs sung by an awesome singer. Runnin' (written by Jason Derulo/David Hodges/Chris Destefano) is by far my favorite.

So like, what exactly was the point of "The Voice" really? To boost the profile of the already established judges and/or revive their own careers? Because....

The problem is that the material is just boring.

I think it's always been about the judges. Hopefully, Javier can carve out a niche for himself so that in 5 years from now, he's still doing something in music, whether its writing/producing for other artists, or something in that vein.

I previewed the album on Itunes and wasn't really feeling it at all, except for the Tedder track. Truly a shame because he has a fantastic voice. I feel like they're trying to mold him into something hes not. I actually liked "Stitch By Stitch" yet it didn't even make the album.

He's an R&B singer at heart but he is trying to comeback as an Adult Contemporary/ Lite-Pop singer and it really just isn't working all that well for me on this album. Songs like 1000 Lights would be hits for other artists but there is just this spark that is missing in places like the chorus. That chorus on the right person would be EPIC. I remember jamming to his old stuff like Crazy but this I just can't that much.

He didn't even get a mention in Hits' weekly projections. The lowest numbers they mentioned were 20-25k for The Rolling Stones and James Durbin, so Javier is going to sell even less than that I am expecting him to come in below 10k, to be honest. Sigh. If this is how The Voice is going to be they really should just call it quits after season 2 because this is just a waste of contestants' time. I agree that the album is pretty dull though...I couldn't even make it through all of it. Not horrendous, just painfully boring. I do really like Stitch by Stitch but everything else has drifted out of my memory.

The vocals may not have been 100% there but that does further prove my point because they even held back on the production for Javier . That production was amazing. He has a full minute missing which he could've explored on vocally.

He has a beautiful voice but the material is so mediocre. He needs to go back to his R&B roots and do what he does best. So disappointing. I also have his pre Voice album and "Crazy" was my song. *sigh*

I don't even care to watch a second season of The Voice at this point. Terrible material or not, what's the point of NOT promoting the WINNER's music career?

That's how many albums he sold last week. Pathetic. I thought RCA was bad promoting American Idols, but Universal Republic is doing NOTHING to promote Come Through For You. An indie label would do a better job than this. Once again Javier is getting shafted by the music industry,

Wow, where did that place him on the Billboard 200?
I wonder if Dia's album will fare any better later this month.

the album is terrible. what a waste. I really love his voice and he really can sing. It proves again the big problem all these singing show contestants have, without good material, they can't go far. and the good songs are hard to come by. either you write your own songs or you label willing to spend big on good songwriters for you.

He debuted at #133 Ouch. I love his voice, but I was afraid he wouldn't end up doing much after "The Voice." Unless you're a country star from Idol, you don't stand much of a chance of getting the public behind you. It's a shame because he a fantastic voice. I feel bad for him because his shots at fame haven't fared much better.

Adam Levine Refuses to Duet With Javier Colon on ‘The Voice’by: Amy Sciarretto 8 hours ago Is there a rift between Adam Levine and Javier Colon, the winner of Season 1 of ‘The Voice‘ under Levine’s tutelage? It sure sounds like it, even though the men seemed so close after working together during the series’ debut season in 2011. Apparently, Levine is refusing to take the stage with Colon and egos appear to be at play. For tonight’s elimination episode (May 1), last season’s Final Four are returning to perform. Three of them will sing with someone famous – Dia Frampton with Kid Cudi, Beverly McClellan with Cyndi Lauper and Vicci Martinez with Cee Lo — but Colon will go solo. WTF? Perez Hilton reports that Colon is singing a la carte because he wanted to partner up with Levine, who refused. An even bigger WTF, right? A source claims, “Adam said he would only consider collaborating with Javier for the performance if it was a cover. Not his original song. Javier wouldn’t budge and neither would Adam.” Guys, what’s up with that? A few months ago, for his OUT cover story, Levine likened Colon to family. We are beyond bummed to hear this. We’ll cling to some hope that the two will pull out a surprise performance tonight. One can wish, hope and dream, right?

It looks like his album was re-released today to include the second single, "A Drop in the Ocean" (which was originally included as a Walmart bonus track): 1. A Drop In The Ocean 2. Life Is Getting Better 3. Runnin 4. Raise Your Hand 5. As Long As We Got Love 6. Happy Sinner 7. Come Through For You 8. 1,000 Lights 9. Ok, Here's The Truth 10. How Many People Can Say That 11. Stand Up 12. EchoAdditionally, the single was released separately last December:

Maybe Adam's upset that Javier's career is currently no bigger or more successful than when he was on a major label before.

^ I don't think that's it. I'm guessing the only new material Adam wants to be singing right now is his Maroon 5 stuff. Not wanting to dilute the impact of that record with him lending out his voice for Javier's new track. Javier should have probably seen this coming. The Voice has always been about the judges and what the show can do for them.
