"Memory Lane" was released as a single from her final album Minnie in 1979 (not including her 1980 posthumous release). It hit #16 R&B. She wrote the song with her husband Richard Rudolph. The track is a look back on her life and her relationship with Richard Rudolph. The lyrics are especially poignant because she would succumb to breast cancer 2 months after it was released. The cries of "I don't want to go" and "save me" are especially heartbreaking.
Here is a performance of "Memory Lane" from the Merv Griffin show. In it, her right arm is paralyzed from lymphedema. Less than a week later, she'd be confined to a bed. A month later, she was dead.

One of my all time favorite songs, ever. I've been in a Minnie mood tonight.
