I really like the "Parachute" demo. A bit of "K-Sizzle" in that one :)
I hope we find out if these are demos from album #2 or album #1 era

I Love the edited remix of Vision of Love.
The original reminds me of a good poppier U2 type song.
I really like them both. I have always been a fan of his from Idol.
I bought his debut cd but it was slightly to pop/rock for me at the time.
Though I Loved Live Like We're Dying
I hope this song and remix gets released at some point.

I saw a tweet tonight that said the remixed version of VOL got played by JOY, which I'm told is a LGBT station in Melbourne, Australia.
I'm guessing it spun this leaked version of the song

So I understand that the reason we have not heard this yet is probably because they dont have the promo (single cover / website redesign) ready yet, but they should probably make some announcement of what the single is and when its coming. Seems like everything is already in the works.

His first album was a good effort, but overall, the mood was rather... depressing. Didn't really show off his fun and easy-going personality. I am loving the more upbeat/fun sound of the new album more! And most of the new songs we heard are very addictive! |

Out Alive is my absolute favorite. Loving Monster, Leave You Alone, Keep That Devil Out, Teach Me How Love Goes & You Got A Way a lot as well.
Vision of Love remains amazing of course.

All those new songs sound really great! Kris is a really a great live performer even with so little instrumentation. I'm glad that "Vision Of Love" has more vocals than in the remix. The album release feels so far off, but it's shaping up to be totally worth the wait. :)

So happy I went to that gig on Thursday. Absolutely loved the new music and Kris and the guys were in fine form :)
I can't decide which one was my favorite -- Better with You and VOL are so catchy, Out Alive is absolutely gorgeous and Monster is a very cool departure from the type of lyric Kris usually writes. But My Weakness is just addictive -- I'm hoping we get to hear that one live soon.
I'm hoping that RCA goes with VOL, Better with You and My Weakness as the first 3 singles (hopefully we get that many). Out Alive would also make a great single, but because it's probably more Hot AC ballad than something Pop would pick up on right away, I'd hold that one back until the 3rd (or 4th - lol) single.
