That looks like it was just put there and not neatly either. Are you sure it wasn't you that added that there? And on side note, more posters should vote in the Weekly Alt/Rock Countdown!

Edit wars are fun. I edit Framing Hanley's entry all the time. Less so now though, Nixon hasn't really said anything crazy lately.

I had an edit war with some dude monitoring Adele's discography page when I added "I'll Be Waiting" as a single when it was being released to AAA. I was defeated in the end though due to the label sending "Fire" to AAA instead. See the 'Discussion' tab on that page to see it, haha.

I've got almost every Canadian Active/Alt chart saved since 2009, but every time I add the chart positions in for some songs, they remove it. FML.

Post the archived Canadian charts on the web, then reference it on Wikipedia. I know that I kept stating that "Capable" by KO peaked at #9 on alternative, but they always remove it, making it look like his least successful single.

Me thinks some Canadian songs of this past year should have impacted U.S. radio:

Does Three Days Grace still count as a Canadian band?

What do you mean? Of course they are, all the members are from Canada, and it's where the formed.
Speaking of which, did anyone ever hear their material when they were under the name Groundswell? This is my favorite from those times and it's completely different from their music as Three Days Grace.
By the way, the song is 20 years old. :o

Anyone else think Egypt Central is overdue for an album rerelease?

Thanks DJ-O, that track is great. I love Three Days Grace, and I'll be sure to add the Groundswell album to my collection if I ever come across it. My comment (which I admit was flippant) was in reference to your comment about no Canadian bands impacting radio last year; didn't Three Days Grace have a song that hit the charts? Thanks again!
Moderator: How about making this thread sticky? One thread in the forum where people can talk about things that don't have an adds date has been working here for a couple weeks and is pretty darn nice... Thanks.

I meant just those above songs, not all Canadian songs. Lol, I know some bands are on the radio and are getting moderate airplay, like Nickelback, TOAD, Three Days Grace, Redlight King, and My Darkest Days to name a few.

Anybody know whether Lamb of God or In Flames have any previous songs that hit the top 50? Been getting into these bands lately.

I believe Lamb Of God has hit active rock a few times. This is In Flames' first time in the top 50 that any of us can remember, but my recollection is that "Laid To Rest", "Redneck", and "Set To Fail" all charted on active decently well for how heavy they are.

guess who's back with Killswitch Engage That's cool. I almost wish they could release "Strength in Numbers" as the lead single from their next album.

So is anybody interested in the Pulse Rock Awards? I've only received two ballots of votes so far...

So JessieLou and I are now mods at Media Source, with an emphasis on my position for Rock. If you remember the board from its early days, it's matured quite a bit, and has a lot of our favourite Pulse members. So feel free to check it out. This stilted, soulless post is brought to you by "ShamelessPlug™" technology.

Does anybody know if Skillet's Awake and Alive enter in Billboard's Digital Songs Chart? I know that this song entered in the Billboard Hot 100 at #100.

^ No, because the Hot Digital Songs chart consists of 75 spots (I think), so in order for "Awake and Alive" to debut at #100, it probably just missed the digital chart by a hair. On another note, Jamie, do you like my new look?

Hahaha yessir. Though I actually started voting for the song BEFORE I had even heard the studio version or seen the music video a week or two ago. Before that I was just going off the awesome SNL performance of it. Have you seen/heard that yet? I think it's maybe even better than the studio version just because the instrumentation live is more epic.
