I think the album will sell on it's quality, I just wish they would've moved a bit quicker and released this during the holiday's instead of in March, but I can't complain about anything. At leas it's an amazing album. I'm too amazed, how can this kind of icon go so low and do so amazingly boring music with so primitive songnames, Madonna please go to school, learn something, life is so much more... That made about as much since as most of the Republican debates. |

Good point, Madonna is acting right now as pure Republican, for whom the only way is up or the bigger the prouder and every auxiliary is allowed:)

Am I the only one who thinks she will top 400k ? I mean, the reviews were great this time around, there was certainly buzz over the internet...150k is too low for her.

I not anywhere near an expert at pridicting but didn't it sell 50k preordered online sales the first 3 days in the States? And now maybe close to 100k since then. The first day sales of release date should be over 150 combined and I always thought they multiplied that by 2 for a prediction. So I'm saying more in the 280-300 if not more. Anything under 200k is too low based on presales alone.

I still can't believe he agreed to this but I suppose no one turns down an offer from the queen. The queen of who cares in his book, probably. Pretty sure the appeal lied in the paycheck, but seeing Sean all dolled up certainly made for quite the show. Now excuse me as I mourn the loss at any chance of Simon rolling my way. At ONTD, some were saying that it will be ~75-100K.  Simon? Sean? ONTD? Really?!! Come on guys, speak for EVERYONE and don't throw random names or acronyms that are not easy to understand. But that's my opinion. |

Give it time. I didn't like it at first either, and then it grew on me. After hearing the whole thing in HQ, I can honestly say this is my favorite album. Confessions is a close 2nd, but it lacks ballads, and the ones on MDNA are fantastic.

This has definitely grown on me; video helped for sure. I still don't think it was the correct choice as a follow-up to GMAYL after having heard the album, but it's out there now. Hope it does something, for the albums sake if nothing else. Deserves to be heard.
