Whatever was heard on Z100, be it a remix, mixshow, or something else, was not recorded by Mediabase as a GGW spin. Generally, Mediabase is pretty good about capturing and including remixes and mixshow spins, as long as the main tag of the song is played. Shoot-oh,well,thanks for clarifying. Any update about KTU,lol? |

Youve already stopped re-inventing yourself by going back the tired Orbit and (even worse) Oakenfeld, so at least Max Martin and or Dr Luke will gaurantee an injection of life to this rock falling off a cliff album.  |

GGW is still viable!! It has been barely 3 weeks!
Testing from new stations has been going on everyday which is good & frustrating
at the same time.
Not knowing if they will become full fledged adds!
But it could be worst if no testing was going on!
WHQC Charlotte (Clear Channel) & WZNY Augusta GA
did testing yesterday.
Lets hope this continues & the song continues to go up...&..up..&.up...!

"Tired" Orbit? he's one of her best collaborators. I'd take him any day (or Patrick Leonard) over some s*it that the overused Max Martin or Dr. Luke would bring to the table.

from just a radio-friendly point of view, i'd be curious as to what Dr. Luke and Madonna could come up with in terms of chord structure and melody.

I don't think Madonna would be working with Luke at this point. After already going the mainstream producer route with Timbaland, she'll probably stick with picking other producers. Plus, there'd be a major clashing of the egos as well. I don't think Luke could handle working with someone as strong-minded as Madonna probably is.

Pleasantly surprised and cautiously optimistic at how many spins appear to be rolling in for GGW today. Not really any new stations per se, but if today is any indication, my guess is enough stations have upped rotation to keep this alive through the next round of adds early next week. We may even start to see slightly better audience gains.
A spin on a syndicated show this weekend would be the icing on the cake. OHP is always a possibility, and could a top 40 countdown show possibly play GGW as countdown bound/sure shot?

After steadily declining on the spin increase list at Allaccess.com Madonna is now gaining.This has to be good. Today she showing a spin increase of +84 up from 62 yesterday! Lets hope the spins continues to go up..&..up..&...up!! |

Three days left of play for Billboard's next mainstream Top 40 chart (and two for Mediabase's Top 40 chart). While it will be nice to crack the Mediabase Top 40, hopefully it scores a Billboard chart appearance.
