I saw her last night. She was about an hour late coming out. This was standing only club situation, so it was hot as hell, and all the women had taken off their heels by the time she came out. Pretty annoying.
She sang well, even though there were some unnecessary moments of lipping. Cameras do her NO justice. I was expecting to see a big play dough face, but she is actually really, really, really pretty in person!
She was ENTERTAINING, but she is such a terrible performer. And there were a lot of messy things with her show. Her pits were kinda hairy, and whenever she raised her arms, it was like WTF? Her costume was ill fitting or something and the panties were like HANGING out between her legs. Half the show she spoke in this fake, valley girl voice, which was also quite annoying. And she performed in front of this cheap screensaver.
But all in all, I got my $25 worth. Her background dancers were HOT. I pretty much got the whole show recorded, so I'll put it on YouTube later.

The L&W Tour is almost over only like 4 or 5 dates left.

How Tamar was Braxton during Birmingham show? Fans at Iron City reveled in songs, sass, sex appealMary Colurso | mcolurso@al.com By Mary Colurso | mcolurso@al.com on June 15, 2014 at 11:21 AM BIRMINGHAM, Alabama -- You didn't expect her to just stand there and sing, did you? "Get your life!" No Tamar Braxton concert would be complete without sassy sayings, sexy costumes, booty-shaking dance routines and lots of hair flipping. Braxton -- an R&B singer, reality TV star and talk show host -- knows exactly what her fans want, and she gave them a heaping helping on Saturday night at Birmingham's Iron City. The main stage area was packed with about 1,300 audience members, many of whom kept cell phones and tablets raised throughout the show. Music was a big part of the proceedings -- Braxton has a Grammy-nominated album called "Love and War" -- but her homegirl wit and streetwise philosophizing were clear favorites with the crowd. Braxton, 37, encouraged the "Tamartians" present to go after their dreams, just as she did when her career stalled several years ago. She talked about her fiery-cuddly relationship with record executive Vincent Herbert, the "Teddy Ruxpin" husband who believed in her when no one else would. She compared romance to a battleground, celebrating her victory and urging listeners to fight for what's right. The star's pointed and pithy reflections led into songs, of course; the setlist was dotted with tunes such as "Hot Sugar," "Prettiest Girl," "White Candle," "Stay and Fight," "Where it Hurts," "Sound of Love," "All the Way Home" and "Love and War." Braxton performed without a band, relying on heavy backing tracks. A small team of dancers added energy and eye candy, teaming with the glitzy frontwoman and taking over the stage during her costume changes.

That has to be a misprint. Nope. No band. There was no room for all that on that small ass stage. She performed to jazzed up productions of the singles, and the standard versions of everything else.

She had a meltdown at her Dallas show last night and the show supposedly only lasted 15 mins.

Her pits were hairy. Lol!!!! I can't imagine her going on stage like that. On a side note where did the song "She Did That" come from. I kind of liked it. Also her performing didn't look all that bad to me in the first video.

Damn near a year after the album is out and I still hate all of her up tempo records (save The One.) I know a lot of people clocked her album as being weighed down by filler but I think the bigger issue was those straight up terrible records like One on One Fun, Tip Toe and Hot Sugar.

I have to agree, her ballads are the strong point on the album. But DAYUM her uptempos suck. I think "The One" succeeds because it's more old school and smooth. She tried to go ratchet on "Tip Toe" and "Hot Sugar" and it just sounds embarrassing and cheap.

I only liked 'The One' and 'Hot Sugar' (the vocal arrangement is tight).

I only liked The One and She Did That. I agree the uptempos were not too good. I would have liked Get Yo Life to be on the album, but oh well.

TO is definitely the type of uptempo she should stick to when it comes to singles but TT, SDT and HS are all my shxt! Fun "Tamar" records that play off her exaggerated persona well to me.

You can tell by Toni's facial expression(s) in the teaser that she is over this show (and her sisters) . I see Towanda finally flipped her lid, even the most calm and composed person can have a melt down.

She had a meltdown at her Dallas show last night and the show supposedly only lasted 15 mins. So she had a breakdown in Dallas AND Las Vegas? I guess it's good she's completed her tour now...

I cant @ some of you hating on 'HOT SUGA' I swear, that song is just everything I needed as far a hot mature sounding R&B record Yes it is sort of corny but that beat and that production is QUALITY.
The One is something else. Tamar need to record an album full of that cause that song is timeless
