Ok this label is really sucking no offence to Gavin but they need to maintain some real country artists Jamerson Rogers was one that I really liked he is gone Ryan Hurd was really good gone what is going on with sony music nashville.

Jameson Rodgers and Ryan Hurd are flops so are you really that surprised? Number One hits really not flops to me? Jameson Rodgers had two number one hits, the second of which was just piggy backing off of Luke Combs and the first took forever to get there, while Ryan Hurd's number one was due to his wife (soon to be ex) Maren Morris and it connecting very well with the general public. Everything else those two released completely flopped.

They probably didn't make any realistic money for the label and the second they released follow-ups to their high-profile duets, they bombed epically bad. Neither of them sold anything of note with their albums, either.

Interesting. I was literally looking at Gavin’s discography on Wikipedia the other day wondering why he never tried a country album. Guess he was doing the same lol

In the Country Aircheck Year End issue, Big Machine Label Group lists their artists with the exception of Danielle Bradbery and Tiera Kennedy. I did see later in the issue that they say Tiera Kennedy is listed as having new music coming out next year. Does anyone know if they are still with BMLG?

If you look at page 7, there's a group photo of Borchetta with his artist roster, and Tiera Kennedy is present in it. That said, Danielle Bradbery is noticeably absent from the picture, so I wonder if they've finally decided after... a literal decade of nothing sticking to give up on her, lol. I'm honestly surprised she lasted as long as she did given that she hasn't had anything resembling a hit since 2013 and it's rare for a label to stick with someone that long with so little to show for it.

Not to mention that "hit" ("Heart of Dixie") didn't even make the Top 10 on radio and had no longevity within a year of peaking at radio. I still maintain Big Machine should have tried "Stop Dragging Your Boots" to radio, but it's probably been a little overdue for her to be dropped given how many failed attempts they tried with her within the past decade now.

She might not be a radio artist, but Danielle has always had a relatively strong streaming presence, despite the lack of radio support; which I assume has helped her keep her contract.
Will be saddened if she gets cut, because her voice is phenomenal. Not a lot of the new girlies have the power in their voice like she has.

She has been with Big Machine for what 10 years now and never broke through she has so much talent I so wish she could have a career like Lainey Wilson does maybe a label change would be a good change for her.

I was curious about that too. Idk why, but I assumed that when I first read it, but it didn’t say anywhere that she would be a Big Loud artist, so I’m not sure. I wouldn’t mind seeing her end up at Big Loud though. I wouuld say when she is ready to record again Big Loud will be her home being she is helping launch a Label with them looks like she has a good releationship with Big Loud. She hasn’t said anything yet but a few people on Twitter have noticed she is now listed on Republic’s overview on Universal’s website. And that’s where HITS DD had reported she was going months back.

For her affiliation with Imperial. She likely will do something with Imperial/Republic/Blig Loud but nothing is for granted yet.

Not too exciting im sure they will be like all these other little labels that never produce a radio hit.

Re appears on their website today. Must’ve just been under construction. While true, I question how accurate the fact that she is still on the active roster (she is not pictured in the year end Country Aircheck issue,) in addition, other artists on the website who are not active include Glen Campbell (deceased), Florida Georgia Line & Rascal Flats (disbanded).
