For those who want to order Dolly Parton's "Blue Smoke" CD which comes out next month in Australia/New Zealand you can do so here www.sanity.com.au/products/2260591/Blue_Smoke With shipping to America from there it totals $34.99. Yeah its about $20 more than you'd pay to wait to buy it in the USA in May, but for hardcore Dolly fans like me $20 is well worth it to hear it 4 months early!

Eli Young Band said on Sirius/XM that Ten Thousand Towns will be released in March. The songs, photo shoot, and album artwork are finished. Just waiting on Scott Borchetta and Republic Nashville to finer tune all the little things.
At least we have a month now :). Can't wait for their album. Been a big fan of these guys for 8 years now.

^ Two months is still too long of a wait, I'm ready to hear it now lol. They should have released it the last week of January or something.

I can't @ Curb re-using the same exact picture from the single cover of Clay's "She Won't Be Lonely Long." And it seems ridiculous that Curb is releasing a Greatest Hits collection for Steve Holy, an artist who has only three hits to his name. The one upside to the album I suppose is at least some of the flops he had over the years that didn't get included on an album will finally have a home should Curb include those.

Curb releasing the best of Steve Holy is hilarious. If were talking just hits. Then that album should be 3 tracks long. Maybe 4 if you want to throw in "Put Your Best Dress On". These seem like just something to put out there because they can't get a hit by any of their latest artists lately.
Hopefully "Go Home" and "It's My Time (Waste It If I Want To)" is on the Steve Holy album. Those I believe were his two best singles outside of "Good Morning Beautiful"

It should be a "Best of Steve Holy EP".
Would they not be better off releasing debut albums from Dylan Scott and/or American Young? Or even a "Best of Rodney Atkins" instead.

You can add Sarah Darling to the "TBD" list. In an interview with Engine145 she said she hopes to have one out this year.

According to windmillsmusic.tumblr.com/post/70514042461/eli-young-band-ten-thousand-towns-tracklisting, this will be the tracks titles of the new Eli Young Band's album Ten Thousand Towns. Ten Thousand Towns (Rodney Clawson, Chris Tompkins, Craig Wiseman) Drunk Last Night (Josh Osborne, Laura Veltz) What Does (Mike Eli, Jon Jones, Sean McConnell, James Young) Your Last Broken Heart (Mike Eli, Jon Jones, Sean McConnell, James Young) Revalations (Mike Eli, Jon Jones, Sean McConnell, Chris Tompkins, James Young) Dust (Kyle Jacobs, Jon Jones, Josh Osborne, James Young) Moons On Fire (Lee Thomas Miller, Chris Stapleton, TBA) Angel Like You (Mike Eli, Liz Rose, Heather Morgan) Traces (Lee Brice, Mike Eli, Kyle Jacobs, Jon Jones, Chris Tompkins, James Young) Just Add Moonlight (TBA) A Lot Like Love (TBA) Prayer For The Road (Mike Eli, Kyle Jacobs, Jon Jones, Billy Montans, James Young) In The Morning (TBA) June July August (Jason Saenz, Jennifer Schott) Don't know if I think all 14 tracks will make the album, but I hope so. The more the merrier :).

Well, Toby Keith's 35 Biggest Hits album was released in 2008. It features every single from 93 to 06. I guess you could call it a Greatest Hits 3 album...

I've heard nothing but negative things about Curb records and their conceptual game plans for artists. What a pitty. I am looking forward to Eric Church's CD, just hope it lives up to the hype. www.twitter.com/helene_ashley"A life well lived is a life worth living"

Well, Toby Keith's 35 Biggest Hits album was released in 2008. It features every single from 93 to 06. I guess you could call it a Greatest Hits 3 album... I saluted that CD in May, 2011. This is what I said back then: 7. MILESTONE TOP TEN CHART: Remember a time when Toby Keith hit the top ten on a regular basis? I do! Well, just three years ago this week, he had the top selling CD with his most up to date hits collection in 35 Biggest Hits. The two CD set was a combination of three previously released greatest hits CDs. They are: 1. Greatest Hits Volume One-1998 on Mercury 2. 20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection-2003 on Mercury 3. Greatest Hits 2-2004 on Dreamworks It was possible to assemble a complete Keith hits CD because his first two labels enjoyed distribution from the Universal Music Group (just like his latest label does, Show Dog-Universal). The track listing for the CD is as follows: Disc 1: 1. Should've Been A Cowboy-1993-#1-country music's most played song of the 1990s 2. He Ain't Worth Missing-1993-#5 3. A Little Less Talk And A Lot More Action-1994-#2 4. Wish I Didn't Know Now-1994-#2 5. Who's That Man-1994-#1 6. Upstairs Downtown-1995-#10 7. You Ain't Much Fun-1995-#2-his biggest #2 hit 8. Big Ol' Truck-1995-#15 9. Does That Blue Moon Ever Shine On You-1996-#2 10. A Woman's Touch-1996-#6 11. Me Too-1997-#1 12. We Were In Love-1997-#2 13. I'm So Happy I Can't Stop Crying-with Sting-1998-#2 14. Dream Walkin'-1998-#5 15. Getcha Some-1998-#18 16. How Do You Like Me Now-2000-#1-the biggest hit of 2000 according to the American Country Countdown 17. Country Comes To Town-2000-#4 18. You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This-2001-#1 Disc 2: 1. I'm Just Talkin' About Tonight-2001-#1-the #1 hit during 9/11 2. I Wanna Talk About Me-2001-#1 3. My List-2002-#1 4. Courtesy Of The Red, White & Blue The Angry American-2002-#1 5. Who's Your Daddy-2002-#1 6. Beer For My Horses-with Willie Nelson-2003-#1-chart wise, his biggest hit 7. I Love This Bar-2003-#1 8. American Soldier-2004-#1 9. Whiskey Girl-2004-#1 10. Stays In Mexico-2004-#3 11. Mockingbird-with Krystal Covel-2005-#27 12. Honkytonk U-2005-#8 13. As Good As I Once Was-2005-#1 14. Big Blue Note-2005-#5 15. Get Drunk And Be Somebody-2006-#3 16. A Little Too Late-2006-#2 17. She's A Hottie-2008-#13 Since 35 Biggest Hits, Keith has scored 13 major hits, enough for another greatest hits CD, but 22 short for another 35 song set. They are: 1. Crash Here Tonight-2006-#15 2. High Maintenance Woman-2007-#3 3. Love Me If You Can-2007-#1 4. Get My Drink On-2008-#11 5. She Never Cried In Front Of Me-2008-#1 6. God Love Her-2009-#1 7. Lost You Anyway-2009-#10 8. American Ride-2009-#1 9. Cryin' For Me Wayman's Song-2010-#6 10. Every Dog Has Its Day-2010-#15 11. Trailerhood-2010-#19 12. Bullets In The Gun-2011-#12 13. Somewhere Else-2011-#12 so far This is what the chart looked like back then: BILLBOARD TOP TEN FOR WEEK ENDING MAY 24, 2008: 1. 35 BIGGEST HITS-TOBY KEITH-SHOW DOG 2. Greatest Hits/Every Mile A Memory 2003-2008-Dierks Bentley-Capitol 3. Taylor Swift-Taylor Swift-Big Machine 4. Troubadour-George Strait-MCA 5. Greatest Hits: Limited Edition-Tim McGraw-Curb 6. Sunset Man-James Otto-Warner Bros. 7. Carnival Ride-Carrie Underwood-Arista 8. Good Time-Alan Jackson-Arista 9. Still Feels Good-Rascal Flatts-Lyric Street 10. 5th Gear-Brad Paisley-Arista

Yes, tracks #6 and #7 were both included on his debut album (with TMYGL of course being his very first single) Interest that nothing from his EP is on this album...although I guess that was released, what, over two years ago now...?

I'm not terribly familiar with Fankie Ballard , but I'm sure the last track ,"Don't Tell Mama I Was Drinking" is the same song that Ty Herndon, Doug Stone , Gary Allan, The Grascals with George Jones cut. Hes got some big shoes to fill as Ty nailed that song. Looking forward to checking it out.

I'm glad to see "A Buncha Girls" get left off. That's the only piece of music I haven't like from him as of yet. That song was just a pointless uncatchy song IMO. I'm looking foward to his new album, and happy to see "Tell Me You Get Lonely" make this new record.

I remember not thinking he was much of a looker when he debuted for some reason, but Frankie's cute in that album cover. "Helluva Life" is decent enough (not a favorite, but I don't dislike it) and some of the song titles sound interesting, so I may have to check this out at some point.

I saw that list a few days ago and the first thing that came to my mind was "That Lori McKenna song NEEDS to be on the album!". Let's see how much of this ends up making the cut, but mostly all titles looks like good songs.

I love the song titles and the songwriters listed for the new Miranda Lambert album. Hope that at least a decent chunk of those make it onto the final tracklisting.
