I hadn't read anything about this before, but Collin Raye released a new CD, "Still On the Line: The Songs of Glen Campbell," on Cradle Concepts last month. He performed Galveston (along with one of his own hits) last night on the Opry). Track list: 1. Galveston 2. Gentle On My Mind (featuring Ricky Skaggs) 3. Wichita Lineman 4. Southern Nights 5. True Grit 6. Country Boy (You've Got Your Feet in LA) 7. Try a Little Kindness 8. Dreams Of the Everyday Housewife 9. By the Time I Get to Phoenix 10. The Hand That Rocks the Cradle 11. Rhinestone Cowboy (featuring Billy Dean) 12. Where's the Playground Susie www.amazon.com/Still-Line-Songs-Glen-Campbell/dp/B00H1IFCOS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1389473998&sr=8-1&keywords=colin+raye+still+on+the+lineETA: You can download Wichita Lineman for free at his website: collinraye.com/

can't wait for the new album! I wonder if the unreleased 14 track "Unmistakable" album is out there somewhere at the Curb Records office - wish I could get my hands on it! :)

I was always under the impression that the trilogy EPs were all of the Unmistakable material + a few extras.

^It's already out; it was released in December. I just found out about it Saturday when it was mentioned on the Opry.

I think I read somewhere she saying that she recorded something like 45 songs in all these years between Delicious Surprise and the trilogy EP, and that the tracklist changed at least 3 times until they came with the idea of the EP. I think "Shine" is a proof that there's more where that came from (lol). And even after the EP release, she continued recording, as she said she had cut Better Dig Two before The Band Perry.

Yeah there's definatley more material that Curb is sitting on. There was also the two songs that they sent out to be tested on Rate The Music that were meant for the follow up to Unmistakable. I have both "Get Off That Train" & "Destroy The Evidence" and I know there's more because the song she was recording with Kandi Burruss on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta hasn't leaked in full as far as I know. Btw I love "Shine" and I think it was the best single from the 'Unmistakable' era, it's too bad they basically pulled it before they even sent it out. I'm not too sure they will, I mean business wise I understand why they did it with Tim because of how big of a name he is, but Jo Dee isn't so big anymore and they may wait for a while on her. Though the free promotion they'll get from her doing appearances for her own album would probably move some albums, guess We'll wait and see.

Roughtstock seems to think they have the tracklisting for the new album. They also thought they had the cover art, but they posted the single cover for Slow Me Down. They've also noted that the cover art they have and the tracklisting (below) is still subject to change. HOWEVER, I YouTube'd some of the songs and I think I'm really eager to hear Sara's twist on 'A Little Revival' from Radney Foster! (Radney's version here.) 1. Slow Me Down [Marv Green/Heather Morgan/Jimmy Robbins] 2. Not Over You (Featuring Gavin DeGraw) [Gavin DeGraw/Ryan Tedder] 3. Put My Heart Down [Nathan Chapman/Andrew Dorff/Liz Huett] 4. Can't Stop Loving You (Duet with Isaac Slade) [Victoria Banks/Phil Barton/Emily Shackleton] 5. You Never Know [Sara Evans/Shane McAnally/Josh Osborne] 6. If I Run [Sara Evans/Karyn Rochelle/Shane Stevens] 7. Sweet Spot [Sara Evans/Karyn Rochelle/Shane Stevens] 8. Good Love Is Hard To Find [Dave Berg/busbee/Sarah Buxton] 9. Better Off (Featuring Vince Gill) [Marla Cannon-Goodman/Karyn Rochelle] 10. Gotta Have You [Victoria Banks/Phil Barton/Emily Shackleton] 11. A Little Revival [Darrell Brown/Jay Clementi/Radney Foster] Read more at www.roughstock.com/blog/sara-evans-slow-me-down-tracklist-cover-art#x36PtkcrZ5tR2Rwt.99

Cole Swindells track listing is out on ITunes. I've already heard a bunch of these so I'll post my thoughts.
1. Hey Y'all - uptempo party song, not much to it 2. Chillin It - already released 3. Swaying - new one, haven't heard 4. Hope You Get Lonely Tonight - you can buy this one right now, it's a good mid tempo about a booty call basically. I like it a lot better that Easton's current. 5. Let Me See Ya Girl - this one will draw the FGL comparisons and ire. I'll be very interested to see if they changed this at all because the intro on the original version is not country at all. 6. Ain't Worth The Whiskey - heard this one at CMa fest and think it's another good mid tempo for him. 7. I Want You - new song 8. Brought to you by Beer - one of those worthless songs about beer, but probably a good drinking song. 9. Get Up - people will hate this on the album, but it's a great song for the live show. About getting up on someone's shoulders. "get up, get up, get up on my shoulders, here take my coozie so the beer stays colder..." 10. Dozen Roses and a Six Pack - I've posted about this song a couple times but it's my favorite from him. "I got a dozen roses if she comes back home, and a six pack if she don't." Another mid tempo. 11. Down Home Boys - new song 12. The Back Roads and the Back Row - new

The tracklisting (if proven to be true -- most of the titles have already been confirmed) sounds pretty great. It'll be damn near impossible to top Real Fine Place for me, but I have a good feeling that Slow Me Down will slide comfortably into the #2 spot behind it, knocking Stronger back a placement (in regards to my personal album ranking). If the date has indeed been pushed back to the second week of March, I won't complain because the 4th is pretty stacked with new releases. I have a feeling it'll be a fight between EYB and Sara for the biggest opening, so having her a week later would likely rectify that by allowing for a debut that isn't so close. It's too bad that I'll have to wait another week, but I'll take it if it means a better possibility of another #1 album debut for Sara Evans.

Based on Cole Swindell's track list and after listening to "Hope You Get Lonely Tonight", I remain my with statement that he will be a one hit wonder. carriekins - I thought Dierks Bentley wasn't doing "bro country" or party songs on his new album? "Pretty Girls", "Drunk on a Plane", "Sounds of Summer" and "Back Porch" all sound "bro country" or "party". DOAP is about a dude who gets left at the altar and decides to go on his honeymoon anyway, alone. And get drunk on the plane. It's on YouTube, and pretty hilarious (I linked it in the post above). Back Porch was on his Cold Cans EP and I guess it's kind of bro-ish thematically. The other two I haven't heard. Dierks has said that they tried to balance out the seriousness of songs like Bourbon in Kentucky, Here on Earth, I Hold On, and Riser with the fun songs he's known for. But it also seems like they've made an effort not to release any of those yet for the sake of scoring a cheap hit.

Just listened to the Audio of the ones you listed and I'm very excited for this Dierks Album. I would be shocked if he didn't at least release one of those party songs to radio this summer. I'm anxious the hear the studio version of DOAP because I find that to be a clever written story even though it's goofy.

I don't think Cole Swindell will be a one-hit wonder at all. He's already made a name for himself writing hits for Craig Campbell, Luke Bryan, and Thomas Rhett. He also co-wrote "This is How We Roll," which is about to become a monstrous hit and his current single has had a relatively speedy climb up the charts (about as fast as a lot of Jake Owen and Dierks Bentley songs) combined with great sales. After hearing "A Dozen Roses and a Six Pack" I'm convinced that Cole is really talented and can do ballads just as well as his party songs; unlike Florida Georgia Line, he can balance fun and deep songs.
I'm not sure if WMN will release "Roses" as Cole's next single out of fear that radio won't like a ballad from a newcomer, but if the song is released I think it would be just as huge a hit as "Chillin' It." The point is, Cole seems to already have a solid position in the country music industry. He's written a lot of hits, is set to tour with Luke Bryan this year, and has the vocals/looks/personality of a big star in my opinion. I definitely think he's going to be huge. I hope the rest of his album material is as solid as the two songs I've heard. Judging by the track listing, I don't think I'll be disappointed.
Dierks Bentley's album track listing looks great, too! I've actually been really looking forward to this album. I don't quite understand why "Sounds of Summer" could be interpreted as a "bro country" title, though.

Cole debuted "Hope You Get Lonely Tonight" on XM the Highway this morning... so it's possible WMN is looking at that as the next single.

I could buy Martina's album just for the cover. Wow. I love when her eyes are well-utilized because man are her's pretty.
Aside from that, I am interested to see how this project sounds. My mom is a pretty big fan and owns almost all of her records and I definitely fancy her quite a bit myself.

Simple, yet elegant. I LOVE IT! I really enjoy the aging effects that are all over the background. Everything about this album so far just screams, "This is an album I really wanted to make for fun, so take it or leave it," and I think that is an approach that will result in some amazing music! Edit: I just found out this is going to be released on vinyl! Talk about awesome!
