The police report says his BAC was .014. That's way below the legal limit. I wonder if he'll get off the hook for the DUI charges. If you're underage then any BAC that's not 0 gets you a DUI. At least, that's how it is in California. I assume it's the same in Florida?

He needs someone with cajones to set him straight and it's not his father. He just wants some of that Bieber money. I hope he doesn't end up like Lohan.

He's one meltdown away from a wig and a stint in rehab for 12 hours.

So all that they really have on him is his admission of drugs in his system, but there is no physical evidence of that either. Looks like the Miami PD was just out to get Bieber.

What do you want to bet it was all a publicity stunt?

What do you want to bet it was all a publicity stunt? Who would put themselves through so much crap and public condemnation for publicity? I know Kim Kardashian probably would, but this seems so unnecessary.

Publicity stunt perhaps? When Bieber first got to Miami he hired the Police to escort him from the airport to his motel, then around to bars. Then all of a sudden they turn on him and arrest him? That sounds very strange. Then that little bail. Even Justin's smiling mugshot. Then making sure word got out he cried when he saw his fans at the jail. It all makes sense. If that is true that would make the Miami PD the biggest joke in law enforcement for years to come.
I mean on Christmas eve he tweets he's retiring. Now this. If he thinks stuff like that is going to get him his fame back, he truly is sick in the head.

Justin Bieber will be charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT for allegedly attacking a limousine driver ... TMZ has learned.
Justin took a limo in Toronto in December and got into some sort of skirmish. At the time we were told a member of his entourage was being investigated for roughing up the driver.
But the investigation took a turn ... We're told Toronto cops wanted to talk to Justin but he didn't come in for an interview and they got annoyed. Law enforcement sources say Justin is now in Toronto and in the next hour will go to the police station.
Sources say Justin will be booked for assault, given a citation and released on his own recognizance.
Our sources say 3 other witnesses were interviewed yesterday and at least some of their account incriminated Justin.

www.tmz.com/2014/01/29/justin-bieber-charged-criminal-assault-canada-limousine-driver/Now Justin is being arrested tonight in Toronto for assaulting his Limo driver in December. LA, Miami, Toronto, and half of South America! The Justin Bieber crime spree! Good luck if he gets deported, Canada don't even want to claim him! I feel bad for the limo driver who now has to go thru the rest of his life as "that guy who got beat up by Justin Bieber!"

The White House Is Now Required to Respond to the Petition to Deport Justin BieberThe plot thickens. By Samantha Grossman sam_grossmanJan. 29, 2014171 Comments Yesterday we reported that a petition urging President Obama to deport Canadian pop star-turned-bad-boy Justin Bieber had racked up more than 70,000 signatures. Today it surpassed the 100,000 mark, which means the White House is required to issue an official response. “We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked,” the petition says. “He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.” The singer was arrested last week on various charges including driving under the influence, which was apparently the straw that broke the outraged, Bieber-hating camel’s back. Stay tuned to see how the White House chooses to respond to the petition to revoke the Biebs’ green card. We’ve got our fingers crossed that the response will weave in some Bieber lyrics. Come on, it could happen. Never say never! He really is spiralling pretty quickly. I actually feel sorry for the kid. Young, dumb and full of cum is never a good thing when you're in the spotlight.

Justin Bieber and his father were “extremely abusive” to a flight attendant as their private jet flew from Canada to New Jersey on Friday, forcing her to take refuge in the cockpit, according to an official report obtained exclusively by NBC News. According to multiple law enforcement sources, the leased, luxurious Gulfstream IV on which the 19-year-old Canadian pop star, his father and an entourage of 10 friends traveled was so full of marijuana smoke that the pilots were forced to wear oxygen masks. “The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana,” says the official report of the incident. “The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behavior toward the flight attendant and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse.” According to multiple sources, the attendant was forced to spend much of the flight near the pilots as the plane travelled from Canada to Teterboro, N.J. “The flight attendant stated the passengers, including Bieber and his father, Jeremy Bieber,” stated the report, “were extremely abusive verbally and she would not work another flight with them.” The pilots, despite a pressurized cabin, were forced to wear their oxygen masks during the flight, according to multiple sources, so that they wouldn’t risk inhaling marijuana and failing any subsequent drug test, which would put their licenses at risk. www.nbcnews.com/news/investigations/flying-high-exclusive-inside-story-biebers-pot-plane-n22056
