I saw this on Instagram earlier today, and now I was searching Miranda's instagram like crazy trying to find the photo haha Anyway, Nicolle Galyon posted it yesterday with the hashtag #platinum. I'm wondering if that will be the title of the album, since we already know there's a song with this name. http://instagram.com/p/k0sqqPHyvq Yes, Platinum has already been confirmed to be the name of the album. :) Oh nice!! It's been a while since I don't read the Billboard's updates :'(

She ended up leaping Kip Moore and Craig Morgan and is #22 on the official Sunday evening update. Everyone ahead of her have quite the lead on her, so I highly doubt she'll gain on anyone. The good news is that Luke Bryan will go recurrent next week so she'll likely be at #21. Cole Swindelle and Danielle Bradbery will be going recurrent in the near future though, so that will help her continue her upward movement after next week.

I just wish that I didn't have to wait until June 3rd for her new CD to come out, but that's showbiz I guess, because I really love this song, and I expect it to be one of the year's very biggest singles.
Major props to Miranda for her low-key delivery of this waltz down memory lane, as was certainly the case with her equally restrained yet downright flawless vocal performance on her instant classic 'The House That Built Me', which for me was the definitive country single of the year in 2010.

She's up 3 to 17 this week. I think she may end up staying put this upcoming week though since the song ahead of her (Cop Car) had a slower week and I think it'll have better gains in the coming week. It's good to see her making her way close to the top 10 though. :)

Five of the top 25 tunes will go recurrent either this Sunday or on March 30th; Jason, Lady Antebellum, Brad, Scotty and Justin.
Nothing like a nice little housecleaning every so often to moderately unclog the charts.
Miranda's only 500 or so spins behind Brett & Brantley, so we'll see how long that margin stays intact.

Nothing like a nice little housecleaning every so often to moderately unclog the charts. Miranda's only 500 or so spins behind Brett & Brantley, so we'll see how long that margin stays intact. March 23 recurrents: Jason Aldean- "When She Says Baby", Brad Paisley- "The Mona Lisa", and Leah Turner- "Take The Keys" March 30 recurrents: Lady Antebellum- "Compass", Scotty McCreery- "See You Tonight", Kip Moore- "Young Love", and Little Big Town- "Sober" **That is if is unable to rebullet between this Sunday or next. April 6 recurrent I have only right now is Frankie Ballard's #1 hit "Helluva Life" as I expect it to be without a bullet and falling way before this coming Sunday. ***Justin Moore is not leaving, he has a bullet over 100 and is still climbing. Anyways we got a possibility of 8 songs leaving between this week and 3 weeks from now. Big housecleaning coming up that's for sure which will definitely be March 30th.

I whiffed on Justin Moore--plain & simple.
Memo to self---More Visine & carrot juice for your 60+ year-old eyeballs would be a very good idea!!!
Ideally, that excruciating trainwreck from FGL & Luke would streak to #1 long before 'Automatic' leisurely reaches the penthouse, which would result in Miranda trouncing them on the year-end charts, which would be terrific.
I can only hope that Scott Borchetta was really serious about the songwriters on Music Row substantially upgrading their game and dramatically reducing the amount of so called 'bro-country' stuff which has really polluted the airwaves, since there's no doubt in my mind that the ladies are making much better music than the guys are these days, including group-leading ladies such as Kimberly Perry & Shawna Thompson, not to mention Hillary Scott, as well as too many solo females (format stars and very promising newcomers) to count.
The fact that FGL finished 2013 as the format's 11th most-played artist and less than 26,000 spins behind 10th-place Miranda due to the saturation airplay of four underwhelming-or-worse singles as opposed to Ms. Lambert's entire catalog is really an indication to me at least as to how far the format has fallen quality-wise even as the listening levels remain tops among all formats.
Hard to believe it was twenty years ago this week that Neal McCoy ruled the charts with the downright flawless 'No Doubt About It', while the ludicrously put-out-to-pasture Alan Jackson had the best song on the radio exactly 10 years ago IMHO with his recent charttopper and equally flawless 'Remember When', which went on to finish #1 for the year at R&R/Mediabase.
Those were the days, weren't they folks?

What a beautiful video for such a beautiful song! Very happy with yet another Miranda Lambert video -- she has one of the best video catalogs in country music, imo.

Didn't even realize the video was coming out anytime soon, so I was pleasantly surprised when I tuned into CMT just to watch some videos on my break when the video premiered on the network.
Great, great video -- it had a great nostalgic feel that the song calls for. Extremely reminiscent of the video for "The House That Built Me", and Miranda's weight loss (even though she didn't need to lose weight to begin with) is absolutely astounding. She looks phenomenal. A for the video.

That was another great video; (her last album had an excellent set videos). I wanted to post an update of her official chart run so far: Mediabase Run: 35-31-24-22-20-17-14Also, in the past week according to mediabase's callout scores she has the song with the most positive reaction and least negative out of all the current songs.

A for the video. It's like every word was taken from my brain. Couldn't agree more. She didn't need to lose the weight to me as well, but she looks phenomenal. Great video, and I was thrilled to see it out so soon.

Very good song. Detailed lyrics that make it more relatable than, say, "A Different World" (not that I dislike that one). Doesn't come across as whiny. My only complaint is the usual "Frank Liddell's production is WAY TOO FREAKING LOUD AND CLUTTERED" complaint.

Which Miranda Lambert song are you? www.buzzfeed.com/mirandalambert/which-miranda-lambert-song-are-you My resultYou got: “Automatic” You’re nostalgic for a time when life was more simple. You are a low-drama friend who still believes in the power of a hand-written note. You can take the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life but you secretly look forward to relaxing on the front porch on a Sunday afternoon with your favorite record playing through the house.

House that Built Me here! It's actually disturbingly accurate.

I hardly recognize her after her weight loss. She doesn't look BAD it's just going to take a while for me to get used to it.

Late to the discussion, but I love the video. Simple, sure, but very effective.
The song is doing so well at radio. I'm really thinking that it will be her first lead single to hit #1.
Also:
You got: “The House That Built Me”
RCA Nashville

Which Miranda Lambert Song Are You? You got: “Only Prettier” RCA Nashville You are the life of the party. A night of getting all dressed up and going out is your routine, but you love a good old-fashioned sleepover with the girls too. Your group of friends laugh the loudest in public places with no apologies. One day, you’ll settle down and lay low but that day is not today! lol I love how my result is the exact opposite of me. I'm a wall flower at parties, I hate going out and getting dressed up, and my friends are all quiet people who go to coffee shops to quitely talk. I'm pretty much settled down and laying low. I knew it wouldn't be perfectly accurate but from other's responses I expected a little closer than I got lol.
