I wanna say Gambler was a single in the UK because it shows a #4 peak in the UK on her discography on wikipedia.

I am excited for the tour. I have nosebleed seats for Brooklyn but I'm sure it's gonna be a great time. Excited to see she's referencing and hopefully performing some of her classics (True Blue especially)

While not a chart per se, "Gambler" appeared for a week on MTV's playlist, under "Breakout Rotation," per Billboard, but then it disappeared.

She loved Gambler enuff to Perform it on Virgin Tour. Anyways I doubt she'll ever bring that track out Ever again. Nor angel. I cant even see her doing True Blue, but if its true I would be stoked, that track is a guilty pleasure for me lol AND YES MY B! IM MADONNA made it to the Hot 100!!! I Knew it! if only this had been first single 6 months ago Imagine this whole album release situation would have been different. I hope she dont do Living for Love on the tour but im sure she will. I Want TAKE A BOW! and i think she hinted of it on IG !!

I added "Into the Groove's" peak of No. 19 on Billboard's then-Hot Black Singles to the list- it was her third-highest-peaking entry on the chart, after "Like a Virgin" (No. 9) and "Vogue" (No. 16).

I love L4L but hope she ditches the Spanish theme and boring remix for the tour

Walking down memory lane looking at your list. I fondly recall the days when Oh Father was considered a "flop"

Yeah that was back when anything by Madonna not going top 10 was rare so it was a flop!

Actually, anything not going top 5 was considered a disappointment. she had 17 consecutive top 5 singles until Oh Father was released.

Rebel- are you counting ITG as one of the top 5 singles?:) I have no issue with that. But, for the singles Billboard properly charted on the H100, it was 17 consecutive top 10s and 16 top 5s.

I don't count ITG at all since it was the B side of 12 inch of Angel.
Top 5 Singles before Oh Father are:
Lucky Star Like a Virgin Material Girl Crazy for You Angel Dress You Up Live to Tell Papa Don't Preach True Blue Open Your Heart La Isla Bonita Who's That Girl Causing a Commotion Like a Prayer Express Yourself Cherish
So you are right, 16 not 17.
After that, she hit Top 5 12 more times with:
Vogue Justify My Love This Used to Be My Playground Erotica I'll Remember Secret Take a Bow Frozen Ray of Light Music Don't Tell Me 4 Minutes
So that makes 28 Top 5 singles to date.
These made somewhere between positions 6-10: Borderline Keep it Together Hanky Panky Rescue Me Deeper and Deeper You'll See Die another Day Don't Cry for and Argentina Hung Up Give Me All Your Luvin
I know you did a similar list, I just grouped differently

I got my hopes up when she posted a pic on IG of the video...but it wasnt the lyrics to Take a Bow :( I like that she is teasing it on her own. Even if we know some of the songs on the setlist, it will still be a total surprise as to how the song is performed and arranged, and in what order. I would love her to do "Take A Bow" because she has only performed that completely live only one time.

If any of you have a Roku, a new channel launched a few days ago called Flashback 80s. They play nothing but 80s videos non-stop. Madonna is heavily represented. Currently that cheesy video she did for Holiday is on (the one with the old man sleeping in the bed behind her). Today alone I have seen Live to Tell, Dress You Up, Holiday, and Express Yourself.
It is highly addictive.
(Ok, now Cruel Summer by Bananarama came on)

Now I'm just missing my sister's Cabbage Patch doll!
