I love seeing "Habits" have nice longevity. Keep smashing! Also, I'm glad to see "Blame", "It Was Always You", "Shut Up and Dance", "Back Home", and "Maps" in the top ten. Oh. and nice debut of "i". Great chart cm7com!

Notes: - Little movement this week from a lot of the tracks because I haven't been listening to my iPod lately because of the fact that I kinda screwed up the plays on my new iTunes and now everything is getting kind of messy. I hope to finish my iPod transferring by the end of this week. I haven't finished due to the fact that I am scared I'm going to lose my app data, so that would mean every song that I ever wrote would be gone (big deal to me lol). I'm currently writing songs in my Word program, and that's my last step in this whole fiasco.
- "Edge of a Revolution" by: Nickelback holds onto the #1 spot this week with just a +2 gain for its 5th week atop. It has a decent lead on "What Are You Waiting For?" (#2), but "Habits" (4-3) is starting to climb back up as Tove Lo's new album, Queen of the Clouds, came out and I've been listening to that lately. Next week should see a battle for #1.
- "Blame" by: Calvin Harris (feat. John Newman) climbs into the Top 5 this week with a 6-5 gain. It's a ways off from "Resonance" (3-4), but it'll look to go higher.
- "Blame"'s debut buddy "Shut Up and Dance" by: WALK THE MOON goes 7-6 this week for a new peak. The two tracks have been climbing together since the beginning of both of their runs in the same week. This one will look to pass "Blame" and get in the Top 5.
- The Used get their second Top 10 from their latest album Imaginary Enemy with "Revolution" going 11-9 this week. It might take awhile, but it will look to surpass the lead single "Cry" which hit #3 earlier this year. This will look higher next week.
- Tove Lo scores both new entries this week. One with a debut and one a re-entry (again). "Thousand Miles" debuts at #11 this week. I am absolutely in love with this song right now. It is my second favorite off of her new album (behind "Habits" obviously), and this should be a major contender for the rest of the year. If this were to get single treatment, this could be a long-running chart hit. This was produced by Talay Riley's brother Scribz Riley, which is pretty cool. Scribz also produced "Paradise" from her Truth Serum EP.
- "Not On Drugs" by: Tove Lo re-enters for its third time now. This time around it re-enters at #19. This has had a roller coaster ride on the chart so far, but it will look for a healthier this time (said that before). Maybe third time's the charm for the track?
- "i" by: Kendrick Lamar and "3005" by: Childish Gambino both drop from the chart this week. "i" will look for a re-entry soon, as this week it dropped from being the #20 spot, and making only little gain. "3005" however, drops from #16 this week after yet another week of zero play movement. The track had a hot start, but faltered after awhile, and not making much play movement over the past month or so.
- Tove Lo has three songs on the chart, and 6 on the On the Rise chart, giving her 9 from her debut album Queen of the Clouds!
On the Rise: "Love Me Harder" by: Ariana Grande & The Weeknd "X" by: Chris Brown "Timebomb" by: Tove Lo "Autumn Leaves" by: Chris Brown (feat. Kendrick Lamar) "Talking Body" by: Tove Lo "Jealous" by: Nick Jonas "Got Love" by: Tove Lo "Glass House" by: Luke James "The Way That I Am" by: Tove Lo "Crave" by: Tove Lo "Exit Wounds" by: Luke James "Break Your Heart Right Back" by: Ariana Grande (feat. Childish Gambino) "Problem" by: Ariana Grande (feat. Iggy Azalea) "Moments" by: Tove Lo Re-Entry Watch: "i" by: Kendrick Lamar Dropouts: "3005" by: Childish Gambino (from #16) Peak: 6 "i" by: Kendrick Lamar (from #20) Peak: 20

Notes: - Nickelback holds onto the top 2 spots yet again this week, with "Edge of a Revolution" leading the way for its 6th week. Despite "Edge of a Revolution" and "What Are You Waiting For?" holding onto the top two spots for awhile now, "WAYWF?" may fall a bit, as "Habits" by: Tove Lo (#3) is starting to creep back up.
- "Shut Up and Dance" by: WALK THE MOON enters the Top 5 this week, jumping 6-4 for a new peak. This is easily the highest charting song for them, their previous two singles, "Anna Sun" and "Tightrope", hit #9 and #13 respectively. This will hope for Top 3 next week.
- Tove Lo gains her second Top 10 hit of her career with "Thousand Miles" going 11-8 in its second week. She could potentially have 3 in the Top 10 next week with "Not On Drugs" rising. Also, I wrote a review here on Pulse of her debut album, Queen of the Clouds! Read it by clicking this sentence.
- The top debut this week goes to "Animals" by: Maroon 5 at #12 this week. It skips over the On the Rise chart (it wasn't on it last week, but it was weeks before), and goes straight to the chart. This is the third song from Maroon 5's latest album V to debut, and this could be the most successful of the trio.
- "Options" by: Luke James (feat. Rick Ross) just continues to do well in its second life on the chart, rising 16-13 this week. It likely won't rise much more after this, and will not surpass its peak, but it should enjoy its ride for the time being.
- "Not On Drugs" by: Tove Lo surpasses its #16 peak, going 19-14 in its third life on the chart. With this move, it should likely not see another fall off the chart for a long time. This will seek Top 10 next week.
- Ariana Grande makes her chart debut this week with "Love Me Harder" with The Weeknd. Ariana has had 4 songs hit the On the Rise chart, "The Way", "Problem", and "Break Your Heart Right Back", but this will be the first to surpass it. The Weeknd enjoys his second song on the chart, his only other entry was a non-single called "Wanderlust", which only hit #17.
- "Never Stop" by: SafetySuit is looking at the end of its looong run on the chart as its seated at the #20 spot this week. It at least gained a play this week to keep it alive for this week. The song never left the Top 10 on the chart since January 2012 until a few weeks ago, and now it's looking at the end after falling quite a bit the past few weeks. With potentially a few debuts next week, it might be saying goodbye to the chart.
On the Rise: "Everywhere I Go (Kings & Queens)" by: New Politics "Jealous" by: Nick Jonas "Timebomb" by: Tove Lo "Honey, I'm Good." by: Andy Grammer "Talking Body" by: Tove Lo "My Sweet Summer" by: Dirty Heads "Same Damn Life" by: Seether "I Am Machine" by: Three Days Grace "Leaving California" by: Maroon 5 "Don't Tell 'Em" by: Jeremih (feat. YG) "The Way That I Am" by: Tove Lo "Cadillac Cadillac" by: Train "X" by: Chris Brown Re-entry Watch: "i" by: Kendrick Lamar Dropouts: "Sweatpants" by: Childish Gambino (from #17) Peak: 15 "She Knows" by: Ne-Yo (feat. Juicy J) (from #20) Peak: 19

Again, I'm glad to see "Habits" hanging in there. I hope "Blame" and "Shut Up and Dance" can keep rising and hopefully hit number one. Also, I love the Tove Lo takeover that is happening/will be happening. Nice debuts of "Love Me Harder" and "Animals". Oh, and oh wow at "Never Stop". That longevity is incredible. Nice chart, cm7com! :)

Sam Martin) | 10 | 41 | 18 | 20 | Riptide by: Vance Joy | 7 | 88 |
Notes: - "Edge of a Revolution" by: Nickelback leads the way for a 7th nonconsecutive week. The lead is starting to grow smaller, as "What Are You Waiting For?" is starting to gain back ground. These two Nickelback could lead the way for the rest of the year, since right now there aren't any challengers for the top, but it could happen.
- The whole Top 6 retain their positions from last week.
- "Animals" by: Maroon 5 blasts into the Top 10 this week, as it moves from its debut at #12 to #7 this week. This will look to break into the Top 5 next week. Maroon 5 also has another Top 10 this week with "Maps" holding its position at #10, but "It Was Always You" falls 9-11 this week. Maroon 5 could have been the first act of the year to hold 3 Top 10s on the chart. There is a shot it could still happen though. There could 2 other challengers for that feat also. Tove Lo has 3 songs on the chart currently, with "Not On Drugs" looking for the Top 10, but "Thousand Miles" could fall out before that happens. Nickelback is another one. They have the Top 2 songs on the chart, and they're most likely going to release another song before the album drops on November 18, and that should see a nice debut like its predecessors.
- "Options" by: Luke James (feat. Rick Ross) keeps it going in its 2nd chart run, as it climbs 13-12 this week. This could be the end of its climbing though, as it is starting to come back down to earth.
- So false alarm... "Never Stop" by: SafetySuit stays alive! It climbs back up 5 positions this week (20-15) after having a +4 play increase. Even though it doesn't seem like a lot of plays, for a long-running song, it makes all the difference. This should buy the song a few more weeks from being in major danger, unless it starts to climb again.
- New Politics make the lone debut this week with their latest track "Everywhere I Go (Kings & Queens)" debuting at #16. I've had a weird run with this one. I started off hating it, then I found it okay, and now I love it lol. The song is super catchy, along with great production (Ricky Reed makes another return to the chart!). This could see some good gains over the next few weeks. This is New Politics' third song to chart, following their last album's singles, "Harlem" (#2) and "Tonight You're Perfect" (#6) from earlier this year.
- Ariana Grande & The Weeknd move up the chart this week with their song "Love Me Harder" going 19-18. It was looking to fall off the chart, but "GDFR" took the fall as it had another 0 increase week ("LMH" had a +1). It could be in danger next week with songs looking to enter.
- Next week could potentially see 6! songs enter the chart. That means that the 17-20 songs are in some serious danger, while the other two dropouts would have to fight to stay alive. Next week should be interesting (as this quarter has been).
On the Rise: "Jealous" by: Nick Jonas "My Sweet Summer" by: Dirty Heads "Dangerous" by: David Guetta (feat. Sam Martin) "Stolen Dance" by: Milky Chance "Franco Eyed" by: Dirty Heads (feat. B-Real) "Runaway (U & I)" by: Galantis "Talking Body" by: Tove Lo "Timebomb" by: Tove Lo "Geronimo" by: Sheppard "Medusa" by: Dirty Heads (feat. Ward 21) "Honey, I'm Good." by: Andy Grammer "The Business of Emotion" by: Big Data (feat. White Sea) "Something From Nothing" by: Foo Fighters Re-Entry Watch: "She Knows" by: Ne-Yo (feat. Juicy J) Dropouts: "GDFR" by: Flo Rida (feat. Sage the Gemini & Lookas) (from #17) Peak: 14

New #1! LW | TW | Song + Artist | Peak | Plays | 2 | 1 | What Are You Waiting For? by: Nickelback | 1 (3) | 90 | 1 | 2 | Edge of a Revolution by: Nickelback | 1 (7) | 88 | 5 | 3 | Resonance by: LuvBug (feat. Rick Ross) | 6 | 98 | 14 | 18 | Not On Drugs by: Tove Lo | 14 | 60 | 20 | 19 | Riptide by: Vance Joy | 7 | 90 | 16 | 20 | Everywhere I Go (Kings & Queens) by: New Politics | 16 | 31 |
Notes: - "What Are You Waiting For?" by: Nickelback takes over the throne from "Edge of a Revolution", to pick up a third week atop the chart. After spending a few weeks at #2, it'll finally move back up to the top spot, where it held for its first 2 weeks on the chart. Both tracks are starting to lose their steam in the top 2 positions, but the rest of the chart still has a ways to go.
- "Resonance" by: LuvBug (feat. Talay Riley) picks up 5-3 this week to regain its old peak. If there were any song to break the Top 2 next week, this is really the only one that has a shot.
- Tove Lo falls on all 3 songs of hers this week. "Habits" falls from the Top 3 to its lowest position on the chart ever to the #4 spot. This could fall to #5 next week, which would make it its lowest position yet. "Thousand Miles" flounders 8-15, as now the song looks to be done. Usually album tracks don't stick on the chart for the longest time ("It Was Always You" is making its stay lol), so next week it could be off. "Not On Drugs" also falls 4 positions from #14 to #18. The song has already had 3 lives chart, and it could be looking at the end of its 3rd soon. If it doesn't rebound soon, it might have trouble coming back. "Talking Body" and "Timebomb" also fall off the On the Rise chart.
- Maroon 5 rises with "Animals" this week, going 7-6. It'll seek Top 5 next week. "Maps" holds at its #10 spot yet again this week. It hasn't given up just yet. "It Was Always You" falls one ring to #12. These 3 almost all made the Top 10 this week, if it hadn't been for the high debuts.
- Big Data scores a Top 10 debut with "The Business of Emotion" (feat. White Sea) coming in hot at the #9 spot. It takes 29 plays in its first week, though it has only 6 days under its belt. This could be a major player soon. This also becomes Big Data's highest entry on the chart. "Dangerous" fared better than its #10 peak suggested, since it stayed on On the Rise for 8 weeks. If I debuted earlier (which I should have), it probably would have gotten a Top 5 peak.
- Foo Fighters score the other debut this week, coming in just shy of the Top 10 at #11 with "Something From Nothing". Foo Fighters have made some damage on my chart, with "The Pretender" being a loong running #1. Since then, they have charted 9 songs, with the most recent being "Walk", which hit #4 a few years ago. They should see a lot of success with this one, and more from their upcoming album since this isn't even their best song.
- "Love Me Harder" by: Ariana Grande & The Weeknd climbs 18-16 this week for a new peak. This one has been a slow mover so far, but I wouldn't expect it to fall anytime soon. It should keep inching up slowly, unless something drastic happens.
- Aaaand "Options" by: Luke James (feat. Rick Ross) is back to the surface. The track falls 12-17 this week, and is looking at the end of a decent second run on the chart, despite the deep fall.
- This week we say goodbye to "Headphones" by: Matt Nathanson (feat. LOLO), which fell off the chart from #17. The song came in red-hot when it was released, and was shaping up to become a huge #1, but it had to settle at a #2 peak due to "Habits"' total slayage. It could see a return, as the track was put under CNM on All Access for CHR, but the chances aren't that high. Oh yeah, goodbye to "Lovers on the Sun" too lol.
- Last week I said 6 songs could chart, and only 2 did lol. Next week could see 2 of those 4 that didn't make it, chart.
On the Rise: "Stolen Dance" by: Milky Chance "Jealous" by: Nick Jonas "Runaway (U & I)" by: Galantis "Mama Ain't Proud" by: Guy Sebastian (feat. 2 Chainz) "My Sweet Summer" by: Dirty Heads "Title" by: Meghan Trainor "I Am Machine" by: Three Days Grace "When We Were Young" by: Dillon Francis & Sultan & Ned Sheppard (feat. The Chain Gang of 1974) "Numb" by: Nick Jonas (feat. Angel Haze) "Wrapped Up" by: Olly Murs (feat. Travie McCoy) "Here We Go" by: Alex & Sierra "Contagious" by: Night Riots Re-Entry Watch: "Dirty Love" by: Wilkinson (feat. Talay Riley) Dropouts: "Headphones" by: Matt Nathanson (feat. Yes Foo and Big Data! I know Nickelback is kicking ass but can we get LuvBug to the top for just a second? Also, let's get "Jealous", "Runaway" and "Stolen Dance" in there please. Thanks and great chart sir!

White Sea) | 7 | 32 | 6 | 8 | Animals by: Maroon 5 | 6 | 39 | 11 | 9 | Something From Nothing by: Foo Fighters | 9 | 26 | 8 | 10 | Back Home by: Andy Grammer | 1 (2) | 89 | 12 | 11 | It Was Always You by: Maroon 5 | 5 | 54 | 10 | 12 | Maps by: Maroon 5 | 4 | 72 | 13 | 13 | Revolution by: The Used | 9 | 60 | 14 | 14 | Never Stop by: SafetySuit | 1 (18) | 329 | 16 | 15 | Love Me Harder by: Ariana Grande & The Weeknd | 15 | 23 | D | 16 | All This Could Be Yours by: Cold War Kids | 16 | 18 | D | 17 | Stolen Dance by: Milky Chance | 17 | 24 | 18 | 18 | Not On Drugs by: Tove Lo | 14 | 60 | D | 19 | Jealous by: Nick Jonas | 19 | 21 | 19 | 20 | Riptide by: Vance Joy | 7 | 90 |
Notes: - The Nickelback slayage is overrrr. "Resonance" by: LuvBug (feat. Talay Riley) takes over the chart this week, jumping 3-1. This is the first time in 7 weeks that Nickelback doesn't own the Top 2. "What Are You Waiting For?" slides from the throne to #3, while "Edge of a Revolution" stays at #2. This marks LuvBug's first #1, and Talay Riley's third ("Good as Gold" and "Fairytale"). This song was really the only challenger to Nickelback, as everything is pretty far off the Top 3. With Nickelback starting to sail, other songs could be taking the throne as this doesn't have a huge lead.
- "Habits" by: Tove Lo falls 4-6 this week, marking the lowest position the song has been its whole life. The song, and Tove Lo, have been taking some falls lately, as this probably won't rebound to the Top 3, but it should stay on the chart for a long time and not free fall like some songs. "Not On Drugs" stays at #18, while "Thousand Miles" falls off the chart.
- Last week's two debuts move up 2 positions each. "The Business of Emotion" by: Big Data (feat. White Sea) moves 9-7, while "Something From Nothing" moves 11-9. The songs will look to keep trucking along.
- "Love Me Harder" by: Ariana Grande & The Weeknd move up 16-15 this week for a new peak. The song has been slow moving, but it is staying at an upwards trend.
- Cold War Kids make their chart debut this week with "All This Could Be Yours" coming in at #16. It skips over On the Rise also. It makes only a 18 play debut, but this is only coming in 4 days. I have been playing their latest album a lot (hence the 5 songs On the Rise), and they are the main reason the chart was slow this week. This song will make some huge shots up the chart in the following weeks, and is potentially a future #1.
- "Stolen Dance" by: Milky Chance is the second debut this week coming in at #17. It had been looking to come in the past few weeks when it was red-hot, but kept getting blocked until now. The song has lost a lot of momentum, so it might not last long.
- Nick Jonas scores the third and final debut this week with "Jealous" at #19. The track has been sitting towards the top of the On the Rise chart for numerous weeks and finally gets its shot. Like "Stolen Dance", it might not last long as it too has lost momentum. This is the second Jonas Brother to debut a song, as his brother Joe hit all the way at #6 with "See No More" a few years ago. I never liked the Jonas Brothers, so this is a little shocking haha.
On the Rise: "Go Quietly" by: Cold War Kids "Title" by: Meghan Trainor "First" by: Cold War Kids "I Lived" by: OneRepublic "Runaway (U & I) by: Galantis "Numb" by: Nick Jonas (feat. Angel Haze) "Mama Ain't Proud" by: Guy Sebastian (feat. 2 Chainz) "I Am Machine" by: Three Days Grace "Hot Coals" by: Cold War Kids "When We Were Young" by: Dillon Francis & Sultan + Ned Shepard "Flower Drum Song" by: Cold War Kids "Contagious" by: Night Riots "Hear My Baby Call" by: Cold War Kids Re-Entry Watch: None Dropouts: "Thousand Miles" by: Tove Lo (from #15) Peak: 8 "Options" by: Luke James (feat. Rick Ross) (from #18) Peak: 6 "Everywhere I Go (Kings & Queens)" by: New Politics (from #20) Peak: 16

"Resonance" is #1!!!
So awesome! Also, your 3 debuts are spot-on! Cold War Kids especially. Hold My Home is really solid. Ok, so now I'm rooting for "Blame" to hit the top. Also, here for Night Riots and Galantis to debut!

There was 6 songs that charted (main and OTR) this week lol. These guys are like my new obsession.

New (sort of) #1! LW | TW | Song + Artist | Peak | Plays | 3 | 1 | What Are You Waiting For? by: Nickelback | 1 (4) | 95 | 1 | 2 | Resonance by: LuvBug (feat. Talay Riley) | 1 (1) | 93 | 2 | 3 | Edge of a Revolution by: Nickelback | 1 (7) | 91 | 7 | 4 | The Business of Emotion by: Big Data (feat. White Sea) | 4 | 35 | 4 | 5 | Shut Up and Dance by: WALK THE MOON | 4 | 55 | 9 | 6 | Something From Nothing by: Foo Fighters | 6 | 29 | 8 | 7 | Animals by: Maroon 5 | 6 | 41 | 6 | 8 | Habits by: Tove Lo | 1 (13) | 173 | 5 | 9 | Blame by: Calvin Harris (feat. John Newman) | 5 | 49 | 10 | 10 | Back Home by: Andy Grammer | 1 (2) | 90 | 15 | 11 | Love Me Harder by: Ariana Grande & The Weeknd | 11 | 27 | 16 | 12 | All This Could Be Yours by: Cold War Kids | 12 | 23 | 13 | 13 | Revolution by: The Used | 9 | 62 | 12 | 14 | Maps by: Maroon 5 | 4 | 73 | 14 | 15 | Never Stop by: SafetySuit | 1 (18) | 330 | 11 | 16 | It Was Always You by: Maroon 5 | 5 | 54 | D | 17 | Go Quietly by: Cold War Kids | 17 | 19 | 17 | 18 | Stolen Dance by: Milky Chance | 17 | 27 | 19 | 19 | Jealous by: Nick Jonas | 19 | 23 | 20 | 20 | Riptide by: Vance Joy | 7 | 92 |
Notes: - Nickelback gains back the top spot after having a week off of it, with "What Are You Waiting For?" jumping 3-1 for its 4th week atop. "Resonance" by LuvBug (feat. Talay Riley) slips down to #2 this week. Nickelback should see a huge debut next week with "Get 'Em Up". "Edge of a Revolution" slides 2-3 for its lowest position on the chart to date.
- "The Business of Emotion" by: Big Data (feat. White Sea) fly 7-4 this week for a new peak. The track is climbing rapidly and could see Top 3 next week. This has a fairly low 35 plays for a song that has been on the chart for 3 weeks and is in the Top 5.
- "Something From Nothing" by: Foo Fighters climb 9-6 this week for a new peak. The song was slowing down mightily after a strong first week, but it makes a nice increase this week. Top 5 should be fairly easy for it next week, unless "Shut Up and Dance" picks up.
- Tove Lo continues to slip. "Habits" falls 6-8 this week, while "Not On Drugs" falls off the chart yet again. "Habits" shouldn't see a major fall off the chart like some songs have (ex. "Rude"). I haven't gotten really sick of it, it's just I kinda stopped listening to it. "Not On Drugs" falls off the chart this week for the 4th time. This probably marks a new record on the chart. It could see a re-entry, but right now, it probably won't see the chart till next year, or maybe right at the end of the year.
- "Love Me Harder" by: Ariana Grande & The Weeknd makes its biggest gain yet, hopping 15-11 this week for a new peak. It was slowly ascending up the chart with little (but positive) gains, and this week is the first week it saw a big gain. Top 10 is pretty certain next week.
- "All This Could Be Yours" by: Cold War Kids moves 16-12 this week for a new peak. It was pretty underwhelming week after last week I was expecting it to nail the Top 10 with ease and more. Though it didn't make it this week, the Top 10 should be within reach, probably competing with "Love Me Harder".
- While Cold War Kids move up with "All This Could Be Yours", they also debut with "Go Quietly" this week at #17. I have been digging this one just as much as "All This...", and this should stay on the chart for awhile. It could turn into an "It Was Always You" situation, not along the lines of "Never Stop" though.
- Next week should see a certain debut by Nickelback with "Get 'Em Up". Mat Kearney is also a major contender for a spot next week. At the moment, almost every song on the On the Rise chart are increasing heavily and could all see debuts at least sometime in their future.
On the Rise: "Get 'Em Up" by: Nickelback "Heartbeat" by: Mat Kearney "When We Were Young" by: Dillon Francis & Sultan + Ned Shepard (feat. The Chain Gang of 1974) "Runaway (U & I)" by: Galantis "Numb" by: Nick Jonas (feat. Angel Haze) "Title" by: Meghan Trainor "Leave the Night On" by: Sam Hunt "Somebody New" by: Joywave "First" by: Cold War Kids "Like I Can" by: Sam Smith Re-Entry Watch: "She Knows" by: Ne-Yo (feat. Juicy J) "i" by: Kendrick Lamar Dropouts: "Not On Drugs" by: Tove Lo (from #18) Peak: 14 This might be the fastest I've ever done a chart lol. It took me 30 minutes somehow..
