This reminds of "Building a Mystery" a bit, particularly at the end of the chorus. I like it. It's too bad that it will probably have to settle for minor success on Triple A and possibly Hot AC, because it has enough of a modern sound to become a decent-sized hit across multiple formats.

This is the best son with meaningful lyrics and the mainstream will over look this legendary Canadian icon...smdh I will continue to support her we need more music like hers in America tbqh

Her album came out today and "Monsters" seems to be the nxt single it is amazing my personal fave is "Love Beside Me" hope she makes the right decision she is an underrated underplayed artist

It's interesting that this can reach the Top 40 at both AAA and AC, yet on Hot AC, arguably the meet-in-the-middle point for those two formats, it's not doing a thing. On the one hand it's one thing that speaks to just how much Hot AC is really CHR/Pop Lite these days, but still. On another note: It was nice to see this fly up into the 30s so quickly, so to now see it stalling there just sucks.  |

She keeps performing "Beautiful Girl" on the View and The Juno awards and has only performed "In Your Shoes" featuring The Roots on Jimmy Fallon. I hope she rush releases "Monsters" as the next single it could do her wonders!!! He album "Shine On" is the best album of 2014 imho <3
