Final night in L.A. Selena Gomez - Good For You Lisa Kudrow - Smelly Cat Justin Timberlake - Mirrors One hell of a great guest line up. You have someone with a huge current single, a veteran singer of the past two decades, and someone from an iconic sitcom. Taylor said it was the first time Selena was performing Good for You in front of an audience and the first time Justin has performed since he became a dad. Right after Love Story she introduced her next guest as Phoebe Buffay who had previously only performed in coffee houses. She really drew out the Justin intro and he got the audience the most excited.

I really wonder what she'll do next and if she's going to stop with the every two year album release.

Did anyone notice that overhead camera filming? I really hope they filmed a show for a DVD/TV special.

If this tour isn't featured in some sort of Thanksgiving night special, I would be floored.

I'm not a fan of the sparkly fringe outfits... they're just kind of ugly imo.

Anyone excited for the 1989 cover album by Ryan Adams? Rumors are saying it will be released on/around the 1 year anniversary of 1989 for free and will accept donations only that will go a charity of Taylor/Ryan's choice

I don't get that. This bitch doesn't think that music should be free, then endorses an album of covers of songs written by her, which is literally given away for free? I can't (if that's true).

Because it is going to a good cause? And she loves Ryan? I'm sure many people (myself included) will be giving money for the charity, if that is true.

I hope you're being sarcastic, because it doesn't read well if you are... If you are serious, I wish their was a *dislike* button on this forum... Because its HER music to give away. To my knowledge, she doesn't think that third party businesses (Spotify) should be profiting off of/undercutting musicians... I don't recall her ever saying an artist cant give away their own music for free. Two very different things... Plus, her/her songwriters/her producers/her label have made tons of money from 1989, and will continue to do so... A cover album by Ryan Adams for charity is not going to shortchange anyone at this point.

I could see her writing a musical similar to Sara Bareilles and "Waitress." Already been nominated twice for Golden Globes - an Oscar nom/win isn't far away.

Adams' album is being released on MONDAY. Pre-order is up now with instant download of Bad Blood.
Here is the iTunes posted review (from all music?)
On 1989, Ryan Adams offers a track-by-track reinterpretation of Taylor Swift’s chart-topping 2014 album. The result is as intimate as it is disarming. Adams presents Tay-Tay’s explosive pop hooks with an air of graceful melancholy, using acoustic guitars and reverb-soaked vocals to add heartbroken emotion to familiar hits like “Shake It Off,” “Bad Blood,” and "Blank Space.” Still, the most satisfying moments on Adams’ version of 1989 are the deep cuts from Swift’s original release, including the dusky glow of “Out of the Woods” and chiming guitars of “Wildest Dreams.”

I love that interview that Fetty Wap gave to some radio station where he talked about the time Taylor welcomed him to the stage. Fetty said that if you didn't know better, you'd think Taylor was the manager rather than the artist because she was very much in control of the logistical and organizational aspects of the show and acted like a boss. But then when it came time to perform, she changed hats with such immediate ease. He said he was taking pointers the whole time and Taylor inspired him to learn how to be more involved on the business side of his career!

Petty could learn a lot from Taylor about how to be a real artist.

Ryan's cover of "Blank Space" is out exclusively on Shazam right now.
He actually changed the lyric to "God damn" in the song haha
