Pharrell is going to suffer from the "phenomenon single follow-up" curse, where a massive dominating song with exceeding longevity ends up overshadowing and causing the follow-up single to flop. See Pitbull "Rain on Me", Robin Thicke "Give It 2 U"

This won't be as big as Happy or Blurred Lines, but it's going to stick around for a while. It's too fun to be ignored.

This song sucks. "Marilyn Monroe" is a jam, though.

Actually no. It's 3rd most (also behind Sam Smith) with 29. All Access shows a partial update at first, the final adds update usually comes in ~6:25 Eastern.

Are they on the same label? No she's with RCA. He's signed to Interscope.

It could be the reason she's not credited if they didn't get her label's permission first.

Her part in the song isn't that prominent, so maybe she or he opted out of crediting her? She is credit with vocals in the album booklet itself, but not on the back cover with Justin Timberlake and Alicia Keys. That's what leads me to think that she wasn't credited because her part isn't that big. Repeating "come get it bae" and "hey" over and over again is nice, but not necessarily deserving of a featured credit. I notice a lot of sites refer to Miley's vocals as "background vocals" as well.

She's credited for Background Vocals just like JOJO and Leah LaBelle on Freq and Daft Punk on Gust of Wind.

But then again, those two songs sucked... so.... I think this song will become a moderate hit, but not a big one by any means.

See Pitbull "Rain on Me", Robin Thicke "Give It 2 U" I don't think GME/ROM is really a good apples-to-apples comparison because "International Love" became a hit after that. I think "Get Lucky"/"Lose Yourself To Dance" is more of a comparison. And LYTD sucked like how Surfboardt described GI2U and ROM.
