Me either. Sounds like a disco song copied from the 70s with an annoying indie vocalist.

On mobile so can't easily post the video, sorry!
Anyone heard this song? Pretty popular on Vine suddenly. Catchy hook, and the vocals SLAY! Especially in the last chorus!

instrumental is fine and catchy enough, but the vocals are hard to listen to, especially the parts in the verses where she goes into the almost-"Cranberries - Zombie" yodel. Just too grating to be enjoyable.

Just too grating to be enjoyable. Seconded. I like the retro disco-ish sound of the instrumentation but the vocals are just way too screechy at certain parts for me to fully get on board this.

Damn, You beat me to it. I saw this song steadily climbing the mediabase Alt Rock charts a few weeks back. The band name sounded very indie, so I checked them out and instantly got hooked. I wanted to make this thread tonight, I just saw it on media base adds right under Lorde's new single. . I know this will take off like Cool Kids did. Should do great on all formats once more stations start picking it up. It's totally infectious when the hook picks up. I surprised these youngsters have such a knack to write great catchy music...and yes I'm so glad it's on my favourite charts first. The alt rock charts. her vocals are really unique too. At least I got the chance to post the video. I like the New York version a little better. Same song just different vid.

She sounds like a yodeling goat. It's a shame, because it could have potential otherwise.

What did I just listen to?
She sounds like Dolores O'Riordan if Doloras O'Riordan's life goal was to sound like a parody of herself.

It will go up. In a few weeks, Mainstream pop will add it on. It may even become a bigger hit on HOT AC and Pop. but it started on Alternative Rock charts and that's what's important to remember. Just like "Cool Kids" and many others.

Meh. The thing is for me, I hate the instrumentation and not the vocals as much.

What's wrong with the instrumentation? You can't call this Synth Pop; which I know you hate, so please explain

This takes the cake for the most annoying song on Alt. My god, I'll take "Doses & Mimosas" over this.

Brilliantly written too, you must've forgotten to list that when describing the monumesterpiece(half monument, half masterpiece) that is Take Me To Church

That one I haven't heard before lol. I might use that in the future to describe an actual monumasterpiece. BTW if I were a dick, I'd point out how you spelled it 'monumesterpiece", and imply that somewhere in there, the word "mess" takes some significant form
