Oh wow. I had no idea they were even thinking of leaving Roadrunner. Hopefully there's a new album soon!

The lead rock single is titled "Revolution" and should be released in August. It's labeled as a 'departure' for Nickelback and it's a political song. My guess is that it's something like The Used's latest album Imaginary Enemy. They have a song titled "Revolution" too. They are also officially signed to Republic according to Chad.
"Standing on the edge of a revolution"

Judging just by the track titles, there doesn't seem to be a sex song. "Sister Sin" maybe, but that's about it. Could it be that Nickelback FINALLY grew out of them!?

Interesting. The Sizzle Reel states that the release date is still 11/4. In the same exact source... Hmmmmm. ETA: The sizzle reel was uploaded on Sept. 4, so they probably just pushed it back recently.

Official album cover: No road on this like almost all their album covers lol. Though it sort of follows the same theme as their other covers. It kinda had to with the title though lol.

I can't help but think of Pitbull with that cover artwork. Dalé! Is What Are You Waiting For a confirmed flop yet It only went for adds on HAC radio last week and hit the top 40 today...so no.

There Is Now A Campaign To Stop Nickelback From Performing In London AgainRenowned for their ground-breaking work on songs such as ‘Something In Your Mouth’ and ‘Rockstar’, Nickelback are due to unleash their eighth studio album on the world by November of this year. Although the band, fronted by Chad Kroeger, do not have any scheduled tour dates in the capital, Craig Mandell hopes to raise $1000 (£626) to make sure that it stays that way. On the Kickstarter page – titled 'Don't Let Nickel Back' – Mandell, a friend of the men who successfully brought Foo Fighters to Richmond, Virginia in September, explains his plan. "With your help, we can ensure that the band do not schedule any gigs here, do not attempt to come here – nor even phone here. Just imagine, thousands – perhaps tens of thousands of music lovers – all not witnessing an exclusive concert by Nickelback in London. It will be glorious. Legendary." Mr Mandell gave his reasons for a Nickelback Kickstarter campaign page in an FAQ section, saying that the band create “unlistenable music”. Anyone who contributes to the scheme will have an email sent on their behalf to Nickelback's management, with the severity of the message in the email dependent on how much money is donated. Source

Chad stated in an interview that "She's Got Me Runnin' Round" has a rap from Flo Rida on it. F*ck. He better have been joking.

New interview where Chad states the sad, but true news that "Got Me Runnin' Round" (re-titled) featured Flo Rida and a horn section by the people that did Michael Jackson's "Thriller". Other tour info. and stuff also.

Different tracks are spoken about in an interview with Yahoo! Music. I'll link the article, but I'll summarize the new songs since the article is really messy and not organized at all (shame shame on Yahoo!). "Million Miles An Hour": a scorching, pedal-to-the-metal rocker. "She Keeps Me Up": "...or the decidedly slick and funky grooves of "She Keeps Me Up", a danceable echo of Sly and the Family Stone that Ryan Peake cites as one of his personal favorites. "That song is just so left-field for us but was so much fun to write and play because it has such a different vibe from what we normally do," smiles Peake. "That song has really surprised a lot of people - including me!"" "Satellite": "a highly melodic and soulful ballad that crosses the musical scope of No Fixed Address as one of the album's most poignant singles. "Let us dance around this bedroom like tonight's our only night" croons Chad Kroeger, reflecting his softer side in further testament to Nickelback's wide appeal in both rock and pop formats in an ever-increasingly fractured music scene." "Get 'Em Up": "But perhaps one of the most fun-loving and unforgettable tunes on No Fixed Address is "Get 'Em Up", a tongue-in-cheek ode to bumbling bank robbers that Peake describes as "pure Chad Kroeger". The outlaw-rockin' troubadourian tale is "something that Chad has always wanted to write...I think a song about bank robbing is something that's close to home for Chad," laughs Peake. "He likes to walk the left side of the law to a degree sometimes, so getting to write about it might be some sort of catharsis for him. I remember when he showed it to me, it had a sort of cinematic 'Pulp Fiction' vibe to it, and I really got into it. But I have to say, he really pulled out all the stops on that song - it's a very cool part of this album."" LINK: music.yahoo.com/video/nickelback-180009257.html
More updates: Release date is now November 17 for North America/South America/Asia/Europe instead of the 18th according to their website. This was probably made to compete with One Direction's album (they're going to get blown out of the water either way). Also the track listing was changed. Nothing new, except for retitles and order change. It hasn't been updated on their site though. 1. "Million Miles An Hour" 2. "Edge Of A Revolution" 3. "What Are You Waiting For?" 4. "She Keeps Me Up" 5. "Believe" [Previously titled "Make Me Believe Again"] 6. "Satellite" [Was track #9 before] 7. "Get 'Em Up" 8. "The Hammer's Coming Down" 9. "Miss You" [Was track #6 before] 10. "Got Me Runnin' Round" (feat. Flo Rida) [Previously titled "She's Got Me Runnin' Round", now features Flo Rida, and was track #11 before] 11. "Sister Sin" [Was track #10 before]

Yahoo! Screen will be live streaming a show they're playing at in Hollywood (Whiskey A Go-Go) on November 5, 2014 at 9:00 PM (EST). I'm not sure if it's an acoustic show, or a full out concert, but they will more than likely be premiering a lot of new material. screen.yahoo.com/live/event/nickelback
