I'm probably the only person on this forum that can't stand them. I just don't see the appeal at all. Oh no your're not . I'll take that crown:D I don't really care for too expirimental sounding , sampleing, nor thier videos(Tessellate),so this band turns me off completely. but, to be fair; I listened to this song, and found it snoozworthy.

I don't know about this one. I felt like I was listening for something in this song, and that something never came. They should honestly go the "Left Hand Free" route.

Here is some useless but surprising info about this song. The female singing the part about being a rebel in the backround is....Miley Cyrus. true story.

I really wish I could get into this like I eventually did with "Every Other Freckle", but it's just too damn weird for me.

this seems to be going in a Glass Animals laid-back almost trip-hop direction...I'm as surprised as its success as I was w/ Gooey & Black Mambo (but pleasantly so)
nothing exciting here, but nice relaxing chill out vibes are always welcome

I'm not a huge fan of Alt-J. I liked Breezeblocks and Left Hand Free (until it got raped by the radio. Literally, my local "alternative"/Triple A station played it hourly), but that's about it. I respect their unique sound and style and general weirdness, but it doesn't really jive with me. This is probably my least favorite single from this album, too. I wasn't a huge fan of Every Other Freckle, though.

Glass Animals is epic - Alt-J is just bizarre Wow, I feel the exact opposite. I like Alt-J, but Glass Animals just left me going "WTF?" Also, as for this song, it's unfortunately tied with "Tessellate" for my least favorite single of theirs.

Yeah, I'm the only regular poster on here that likes them (except for people that come over from different forums), so I have to keep sticking up for them whenever I can lol
I do think Alt-J is much weirder though, especially tracks like Every Other Freckle and Breezeblocks

Anyway, the only reason I posted was cuz 91x dee jay mentioned it, so they are the ones who are late

I like Alt-J for the most part. I don't however have any peanut butter vibes.

I can't say I'm a fan of either artist. Both of them are possibly my least favorite Alternative artists to come out over the last year or two.

I think I don't mind "Gooey" so much until I go out and listen to it, and then I think "WTF was that?"

I think I don't mind "Gooey" so much until I go out and listen to it, and then I think "WTF was that?" That's because Glass Animals is not generic, like listening to the 100th track released by the Foo Fighters, Shinedown, or other generic rock bands where you know exactly what every song is going to sound like before it even starts
