Pressed and it shows. Their opinion is worth more than yours sweetie! But you right that this is no 'Since You Been Gone'. This is better. This is her 'Stronger', and I'm not talking about that Kelly s**t either.

And the idea of calling the biggest pop star on the planet a "no-talent star" is such a blatant attempt to be contrarian it's not even funny. Wait, are you trying to say Iggy Azalea is the "biggest pop star on the planet"? Not sure which planet you're living on.

Wait, are you trying to say Iggy Azalea is the "biggest pop star on the planet"? Not sure which planet you're living on. The one in which she has the #1 song in the country...and the #1 pop song. Not really room for debate, but thanks for chiming in. Is she bigger than Taylor Swift, Rihanna or Katy Perry in the big picture? No. But at this given moment, there is no one bigger in pop.

First of all, you're calling Iggy the biggest pop star on the planet... while ignoring every country except the United States. Second, one Hot 100 #1 does not make someone the biggest pop star on the planet. Using that logic, Pitbull and Ke$ha were the planet's biggest pop stars for three weeks back in January. I guess Baauer was the biggest pop star on the planet for five weeks last year when "Harlem Shake" was #1. Really, who cares about album sales or global success when all you have to do is look at the Hot 100 to see who is the biggest pop star on the planet? Doesn't really make sense when you look at it that way, does it?

Really, who cares about album sales or global success when all you have to do is look at the Hot 100 to see who is the biggest pop star on the planet? Doesn't really make sense when you look at it that way, does it? There's a massive difference between simply holding #1 due to viral video play (a lot of which had nothing to do with your official video or single getting play) and holding #1 due to success in all media, helping another song get to #1 and having your follow-up start smashing at radio before its official impact date. So I'm not sure why Baauer came up. Ke$ha and Pitbull, on the other hand, have been very huge at different points in their careers. That said, I do recognize that calling Iggy Azalea the "biggest pop star on the planet" is a stretch. What I will not concede, however, is that RIGHT NOW, you cannot have a legitimate conversation about the pop music scene without talking about her and/or her songs. She's a big, hot name right now - and far more in the conversation than acts who are technically bigger than her. And, given that, she's of course the person you would target if you're trying to be contrarian and complain about the state of pop music. She's such an easy target that I'd expect something like Pitchfork--which is constantly written off as faux-hipster and trying to be contrarian--to be a bit more creative than to insult her. Plus, acting like she somehow held "Problem" back, when the song not only benefits from the quality of her verse but undoubtedly benefited from the fact that she was blowing up at the time it came out, is just closing the door to reality. I am NOT the biggest fan of Iggy Azalea--I don't like anything about Work besides the lap dance in the video, my favorite part of Fancy was Charli XCX and my favorite part of Black Widow is Rita Ora--but I'm also not delusional enough to say she's untalented or ignore that what she's doing is absolutely resonating with music fans.

Iggy is a big name right now, and definitely did not hold "Problem" back. Whether or not the writer believes she is talented is irrelevant. Also, bringing up Big Sean, whose only contribution to the song is a whisper, is nonsense. The only thing I had an issue with was calling Iggy the "biggest pop star on the planet".

I have such mixed feelings on this song. I hear "Let There Be Love," "Teenage Dream," and pop Nicki, a testament to how generic it truly is. On the other hand, pop radio is so dull right now that it sort of needs something like this. Something catchy and listenable. Only LegendAriana could fight basic with basic and win.

Iggy is not the biggest pop star in the world because she has the #1 song, her only #1 song, in America.

Iggy is not the biggest pop star in the world because she has the #1 song, her only #1 song, in America. Fancy was number 1 on the worldwide chart a couple weeks ago, dethroning Happy after 19 weeks, and then replaced by Problem. www.mediatraffic.de/tracks.htm

Still mad that Problem never reached #1 in the U.S. >:(
I doubt Break Free will reach #1, but it would be a pleasant surprise!
It should reach the top 5 for sure though.

Wait, are you trying to say Iggy Azalea is the "biggest pop star on the planet"? Not sure which planet you're living on. That would be Planet Things That Are Not True he meant Carly Rae Jepsen, cause we all know its easy to duplicate major #1 songs.
