Wow, really? I think most here enjoy this one. Just an uptempo post breakup song. I didn't know it was very well-liked around here. Still, it's probably my favorite Luke Bryan single so I guess I feel a little guilty about my favorite being a song with little substance. The lyrics won't ever be confused for poetic imagery or emotion but the song accomplishes what it was intended to do, and the melody and instrumentation is top notch. Great song if you ask me. :)

Lady Antebellum "You Look Good". I can't defend this song but man do I love it.

A few more:
Keith Anderson - "XXL". Totally silly, but I always got the feeling he was aware of how silly it was (like when he does the falsetto in the second verse).
Alabama / 'N Sync - "God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You" and FGL/BSB - "God, Your Mama, and Me". So sue me. I love vocal harmony, and boy bands have those in spades.
Fast Ryde - "That Thang". File under "so bad it's good".
Trailer Choir - "Rockin' the Beer Gut"
Trace Adkins - "Brown Chicken Brown Cow", "I Got My Game On", "Ala-Freakin-Bama" (I hated the latter two at first)
Tim McGraw - "Indian Outlaw", "It's a Business Doing Pleasure with You", "Last Dollar (Fly Away)" (it's just too happy for me not to like -- you can totally tell Big Kenny wrote it)
Jake Owen - "Eight Second Ride"
Lonestar - "Mr. Mom"
Taylor Swift - "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together"
Hank Jr. et al. - "That's How They Do It in Dixie" (is it just me, or does Big & Rich's part in this song sound like they're trying to imitate the Kentucky Headhunters?)
Rascal Flatts - "Me and My Gang" (only because it was the only time I heard another act trying to sound like Big & Rich)

I started listening to country when the bro-country trend was at its peak so I have low standards thus a lot of guilty pleasures lol...
Boys 'Round Here - Blake Shelton feat. Pistol Annies & Friends That's My Kind of Night - Luke Bryan more like most Luke songs (anything from "Country Girl (Shake It For Me)" onwards minus a few songs that I didn't care for like "I See You") God Made Girls - Raelynn
Pirate Flag - Kenny Chesney This Is How We Roll - Florida Georgia Line feat. Luke Bryan Round Here - Florida Georgia Line Last Dollar (Fly Away) - Tim McGraw (The laughs are cringy af but otherwise I like the song) Beachin' - Jake Owen Real Life - Jake Owen Barefoot and Buckwild - Lauren Alaina Fix - Chris Lane Southern Girl - Tim McGraw pretty much anything from Sam Hunt
Get Me Some of That - Thomas Rhett I actually never bothered to listen to it when it was charting even though I liked "It Goes Like This". After "Make Me Wanna", I decided to listen to the song even though literally everyone on Pulse hated it, and it was game over. The lyrics are so sexist and this one I'm really ashamed to admit I even like this song but it's super catchy. I still hate the lyrics with a burning passion though so idk how to feel about this song tbh.

I like or love all of these. Keith Anderson said he wrote the song with Bob DiPiero for all the husky firefighters and policeman who have to do tough jobs everyday. ...ugh. Literally makes my ears bleed out, uncontrollably. What in God's creation is good about that song? The subject. The arrangement. The lyrics. The vocals are horrendous. I think "Top Down" without the autotune is 10 times the song "That Thang" is. Worst song on Country radio until "Ready Set Roll" came along.

"Reckless" by Alabama.
They're way too old to be singing "Your daddy's got plans for you / And mine thinks I'm at school." But even when I was 6, I just loved how this song sounded.

Jake Owen (feat. Florida Georgia Line) - "Summer Jam" I ain't even guilty about it because that is my go-to summer song. It's seriously the catchiest thing ever. Jake missed a big hit not releasing that! It charted for awhile from unsolicited airplay too I believe

Jake Owen (feat. Florida Georgia Line) - "Summer Jam" Great choice, but I don't think there is any reason to feel guilty about this. The lyrics provide perfect summer imagery, and the chorus is catchy as hell. This should have been a single, and if it was I'd think Jake would be an A-lister now.

Jake missed a big hit not releasing that! It charted for awhile from unsolicited airplay too I believe It made it into the 40s on Mediabase in 2014 but Billboard had already sent it recurrent for unsolicited airplay in 2012, so it wasn't charting on Billboard when it peaked at MB. It's because the track is a perfect example of everything I usually hate about modern day Country radio, with it's FGL style production and some so-so lyrics if you ask me...but the song is extremely catchy and Jake sings most of it, which is a huge plus for me lol. Releasing songs like "Days of Gold" and "Real Life" to radio (as lead singles, too!) but not releasing "Summer Jam" was a mistake for sure. I don't know if BMLG had any reason for that (FGL featured on the song) but it was a missed opportunity.

What makes it my guilty pleasure is the fact that I never listen to songs like this one. I would normaly stop listening after line "She thinks my tractor's sexy - It really turns her on" but I like this one for whatever reason. Anyway it's good to know that I don't have to feel guilty for liking this song :)

Exactly the same kind of bubbly fluff every other 20something girl in Nashville was releasing in 2000. But for some reason I really dig it. Probably because it was one of my "Alpena songs". I also really like the flanger effect on the steel guitar solo.

Just thought of another one: "Reckless" by Alabama. Randy Owen is way too old to be singing the line "your daddy's got plans for you / and mine thinks I'm at school", but I just love the vibe of the song. It's a far cry from the masterpieces Alabama made in the first half of the 80s, but it's got this kind of melancholic upbeat-ness to it that I find appealing.
