I actually really like 'Almost Home,' never understood all the disdain it got when she released it. I like it more than about 2/3rds of the stuff on her new album.

I liked Almost Home, and still do. I get why some might have been turned off from it, but it was well done for what it was. So is Break Free.
I voted for Ariana. Both are perfectly good and acceptable for what they try to achieve, I'm just in a more upbeat mood so I'm voting for the uptempo.

I really enjoy "Almost Home" as a stand alone release. It may be overproduced and kind of generic but I still really like it.
"Break Free" is growing on me, but it isn't at the point where I like it better than Mariah's single.

I swear I responded to this...
Anyway, "Break Free" gets increasingly awful the more times I hear it. "Almost Home" is cheesy and boring, but the melody is stronger than I remember (haven't bothered to listen since it first came out). But what in the holy hell did they do to her vocals? That is some Britney-level studio processing.
