Congrats to him! I still wish "Hotline Bling" had made it, but hey.. In the end he got his redemption, and all it took was six months or so for that matter.

I was digesting this album at work today (because my job is boring as fuck) and I think if he had trimmed this down to a solid 12-13 tracks, it might be his best album. As it is though, it's a bit of a slog to get through. But although a bit samey, there's a ton of great songs on this. I wonder what they're thinking for singles.
Has anyone seen him live? Is it worth catching his Pittsburgh stop?

Future is trash live. I just saw him in Denver. Such a basic, boring performer.
As for Drake, he has gotten better. I saw him during Would You Like A Tour? and when he did Governor's Ball last year. During Governor's Ball, from what I remember, there were fireworks and cool backdrops but...eh. I just don't think he is a particular interesting live performer but most rappers aren't so.

I saw him when he headlined Gov Ball last year, and honestly what made it was the crowd. He didn't do much but walk back and forth, bounce a bit, and boast. But, the crowd was so into it the entire time and shouting back virtually the entire set that it didn't matter what he did as long as he kept the hits coming.
Also, whoever designed that Views "font" has definitely seen Fullmetal Alchemist.

I've seen him a couple of times live, most recently was the "VS" tour with Lil' Wayne. The thing I hate about rap concerts is they only do a verse or chorus from most of the songs and cycle through like 35 tracks lol. But Drake's pretty good.
I'm glad he was able to get a million in a week and a Hot 100 #1. perfect
"FEEL NO WAYS" has been basically confirmed as the next single as well. It was included on the explicit album with a clean mix which he normally does on his CDs (stupidly...) for the singles. HE did it for "Over" awhile back

Drake doesn't normally do this. I own physical copies of all of his studio CDs and my version of Thank You Later doesn't have a censored version of Over. None of his other CDs include censored versions of his singles except for Views, so I am not sure it would be a single. I don't even think it would make a particularly strong single, tbh.

What's clean about the CD version? He edited out "young nikka"?

Yeah, when I think about it, as much as I hate censored versions of songs, it's not even that bad. I could do without the N word anyway. It's just weird that the word "high" is edited out. Reminds me of when I was on-air and we would have to play the Super Clean edits of songs vs. clean edits, depending on the time of day. Super Clean can't have any drugs, guns, cusses, bitches, asses, etc.

Idk someone told me he did on other CDs. Maybe it was a later pressing of Thank You Later then. But Feel No Ways is def the next big single

Yeah, well now you have confirmation it isn't true, LOL. Perhaps it did happen in later pressings. I just know that none of my CDs are like that.
Is there even a video for One Dance? If not, why??

What does everyone want to be the next single after One Dance? Controllable or Feel No Ways Too Good is already making its presence known all over, but Rih just has to many songs on radio right now. 1. One Dance 2. Controlla 3. Too Good 4. Feel No Ways/Hype I could see Urban latching on to Grammys just because...

"Feel No Ways" is the next single for CHR at the very least.

Hype was awesome and One Dance was...well, I've already seen his awkward Bar Mitzvah dancing once before and didn't really need it again.

does anyone know why all of his songs moved up so drastically this week on the Hot 100? Additionally streaming?
Thanks!

So is Drake pushing Controlla or Too Good? Because both are officially singles right now and both have major hit potential. It seems like a total waste to have one flop by the wayside while the other gains traction.

I hear Too Good on our Rhythmic/Pop stations and I hear Controlla on our Hip-Hop stations so I assume that's the idea.

$7.99 on iTunes again.
It's a tad bit pathetic that they're just discounting this so it stays at #1, while now Blink-182 might not be able to hit the top now. This is the same thing that happened with Red Hot Chili Peppers' latest album.
