Hopefully well above 200K- because if it has that many preorders, that's not much in the way of new purchases during release-week.

Aside from the activity of the advance singles/preorders the rest is speculation
This should give a little insight as to that ratio
125K preorders vs at least 75K people who will use 'complete my album'

Didn't HITS say 200k for the EP?
EDIT:
And it debuted with: 143,000 SHE LOOKS SO PERFECT (EP) 5 Seconds Of Summer

Hopefully well above 200K- because if it has that many preorders, that's not much in the way of new purchases during release-week. We saw a similar deal with the EP. There was virtually no lift from release week sales, which is why the EP was forecast at 200K but ended up doing less than 150K. The label can claim it got more pre-orders than Eminem's album all it wants, but this one isn't doing 800K this week. I do, however, feel 200K+ is a certainty for an album that, by now, must have at least 130K confirmed pre-orders (if it had 115K almost two weeks ago).

Does Anberlin have any chance? So a measly 15K would be enough to settle for #4? Wow. It's their last album, so I think the hype is there in their favor too. Hell, just look at my avatar.

If those are the week's five most noteworthy debuts, Anberlin is #4.

www.billboard.com/articles/news/6177341/5-seconds-of-summer-billboard-200-debut5 Seconds of Summer Heading for No. 1 on Billboard 200 ChartBy Keith Caulfield | July 23, 2014 6:10 PM EDT Self-titled debut expected to sell 250,000 copies Australian pop/rock band 5 Seconds of Summer is on course for a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 chart next week. Industry sources forecast the quartet's self-titled debut full-length album to sell perhaps 250,000 copies in the week ending July 27. The set was released on July 22, and follows the group's EP, the No. 2-peaking "She Looks So Perfect." The Billboard 200's new top 10 will be revealed on Wednesday, July 30. A launch of 250,000 for the new album would secure 2014's third-largest debut and fourth-biggest sales week. Coldplay's "Ghost Stories" debuted with the year's largest week, 383,000 (according to Nielsen SoundScan), while Eric Church's "The Outsiders" has 2014's second-biggest frame, thanks to its launch of 288,000. The "Frozen" soundtrack has the year's third-biggest week, when it shifted 259,000 in the week ending April 20. After 5 Seconds of Summer, the next highest debut on the Billboard 200 will likely come from Common's new album, "Nobody's Smiling," with around 20,000.

^No. There's other albums that will sell more than 13-15k.
Weird Al will drop to #2.
Frozen, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Jason Mraz, Rise Against, Now 50 will all be Top 10.

No surprise they're trending back downward. Didn't their EP barely sell double the opening-week numbers? 5SOS is a front-loaded act.
