Third single from Melophobia. Impacts alt on August 26, according to AllAccess.

this is good, I wanted Spiderhead though. I guess they wanted a more drawn back single, Spiderhead is kind of in your face but that's why I like it. Oh well, this will do decently, Top 20 prediction.

I can't believe "Take it or Leave It" didn't perform a little better, I thought that was a great song. Anyways, this song is decent, kind of has a classic rock feel to it which is a nice change of pace. This was definitely their weakest album so far, but their still one of my favorite bands today. "Around My Head", "In One Ear" and "Shake Me Down" are legendary songs, same with "Come A Little Closer".

I'd say it was their weakest album in terms of radio-friendliness, but I thought it was their best album out of three in terms of having lots of solid album tracks instead of just a few great singles and then a bunch of filler.

Their debut album is one of the best rock albums of the 2000s IMO. There wasn't a bad song on there.

I'm surprised "Take It Or Leave It" didn't perform a little better; I thought it was the radio-friendliest track off Melophobia.
This is one of my favorite tracks on the album and definitely would have been my pick for third single. However, I'd be surprised if this peaks anywhere better than the mid-teens.

I haven't been a big fan of their last two albums, but their debut album was very good in my opinion. I have to listen to the album again to decide if I think this was a wise choice or not.

Here we go again with alternative not picking the correct single. "Spiderhead" should have been the obvious choice. I've even heard it at a restaurant.

I re-listened to the album since probably the first time it came out. While I can repeat that I'm very underwhelmed by it again in comparison to the debut album, I think "Halo" and "Spiderhead" would have been better choices, but this isn't the worst.

This is their only good album imo. I find their previous singles to be unlistenable.

I never could get into these guys. "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" rubbed me the wrong way, and it was all downhill from there (Although I rather enjoyed "Around My Head").

Good track. I've enjoyed all three of their cds...especially the excellent debut.
The Cage The Elephant/Biffy Clyro/Sleeper Agent show we sponsored here a couple of years back remains the best club show I've seen in eons. (Thanks largely to Biffy, mind you).

Huge CTE fan here so I'm hoping this can go top 10 after "Take It or Leave It" ended up stalling at #12.

Not sure why they'd tap this when they didn't tap "Right Before My Eyes" off the last album. That was a hit.

I'm not exactly falling head over heals over this song just yet, but I really enjoy Matt's vocals and its different from the two previous singles. I also disagree that its not Radio Friendly. I could easily see it being played in one of those John Hughes movies from the 80s. How much radio friendly than that can one get?

Yep, Biffy is awesome live. I've liked all of the Cage The Elephant singles except their debut (yuck!), but there's something about this track I especially like. I think they pull off down-tempo unexpectedly well. I felt like all of their 'Happy Birthday'-Era singles started to sound the same after a while. I appreciate this era has more variety. On a side note, I'd love to hear a Franz Ferdinand-esque cover of this.

Somehow it reminds me of the Offspring's "Kristy, Are You Doing OK?" and that's a compliment, if some of you are wondering?
