Meh. Now that the lineup is official and the scars from that ragweed or whatever epidemic that plagued Austin a few years back when I went to ACL have been reawakened, I am not so sure about this one. There is not a single act that, by the time ACL hits, I wouldn't have seen either at Governor's Ball and/or Firefly or at a solo concert. Of course, there are also acts I don't care to see at all. While I owe my fraternity brother a visit, I am most likely going to wait for another time.

I haven't liked anything he or The Killers have put out since I was in the sixth grade so that I ended up loving half of it was a nice surprise for me. "I Can Change" and the last four songs do next to nothing for me, but "Can't Deny My Love" has quickly become one of my favorite songs of the year.

Great album. I love every single song. I did have a hard time finding it in stores yesterday though. It wasn't on the shelves yet but you could do a same day store pick up.

I had to literally pull this off the cart because it hadn't been put on shelves yet by noon but yeah. Killers are one of my favorite bands of all time. Brandon is one of my favorite lead singers of all time and yes, this album will be one of my favorite albums of the year for tracks 1-6 ALONE. The last 4 are growers but they are masterful in their own right. What a BRILLIANT pairing. I want Ariel to work on The Killers next album. I am wicked excited to see these songs live now.

I had no idea that was Neil Tennant talking on I Can Change.

Nope. Best Buy. ALL Best Buys in Manhattan AND Brooklyn suck. There have been multiple times when they didn't have a CD on release day, hadn't bothered stocking the shelves so I had to have someone go in the back, or, in this case, pluck it off the new release cart, or have the new releases priced at sales prices. Ridiculous. Meanwhile, the Target at the Atlantic Center in Brooklyn (across from Barclay's) didn't have Ariana Grande on the Monday it came out. They said all new CDs come out on Tuesday. Oh yeah...don't even get me started on the Atlantic Center Best Buy. They have a puny new release display when you first walk in but if it's not there, FUHGEDDABOUTIT. All their new releases are mixed in with regular CDs on the shelves, there are no genre breakouts, and there are like like 8 rows of CDs total. I guess I should expect nothing less in 2015 but it's still annoying, as someone who likes physical copies.

^I feel your pain. I went to Target to find out they moved and shrunk their music section (in a week since I was last there). Very disappointing not to mention very disorganized. And they're not carrying Brandon's album.

Great album. My favorite song: I Can Change, good example of a clever sample.

I have never heard the original song from Bronski Beat but to be honest, I don't think I have heard ANY of their songs LOL.

Love this album! Lonely Town really great. Can't Deny My Love was #1 on my personal chart for 4 consecutive weeks, one of the longest chart runs for a song

Still LOVING this album. That black background singer on "Lonely Town" is killing it there at the end.

Lonely Town is one of the best things Brandon has ever committed his voice to and I love the fact that he got one of the HAIM gremlins on drums. Can we talk about the art direction though? During Governor's Ball pre-gaming, I showed one of my guests all of the videos and she was amazed. The I Can Change video is better than the actual videos for most artists. What a gem this man is.

One of my favorite albums of the year based on several listens, "Lonely Town" is my favorite. Not a single throwaway track.
