this is my prediction for the year end top 5: 1-Pharrell Williams-Happy 2-Katy Perry feat. Juicy J-Dark Horse 3-Iggy Azalea feat. Charli XCX-Fancy 4-John Legend-All Of Me 5-Magic!-Rude
do you think this will the top 5 when the list comes out in December? in my opinion based on how I've seen them in the chart, I think it will.

Rude was #1 for 6 weeks in the summer, I think it'll make top 5. "Counting Stars" will be just below from 6-10.

^That's not enough. Just now it's #8 two weeks after being #1.
"Counting Stars" spent 25 weeks in the top 10 (21 is counted towards 2014) ,11 weeks in the top 5 (all in 2014) and is still inside the top fifty 20 weeks after leaving top 10.
"Rude" is just on it's 19th week . 11 weeks in the top 5 as well and 14 weeks in the top 10.
We only have 11 weeks left for 2014. "Counting Stars" week might left the chart next week but it already has 41 weeks on chart ."Rude" may stay till the end of 2014 but that would only be for a total of 30 weeks and by next week or two it's already out of the top 10.
Not that I'm saying those weeks being "just" top 50 are enough but the top 10 and top 20 longevity of "Counting Stars" is enough to beat "Rude".
"Counting Stars" sold 5 million (2.5 to 3 million is credited in 2014). "Rude" is also above 2 million BUT "Counting Stars" is a monster in radio 4wks at #1 (now up to #32 from #35, 51st week) and streaming #6 (up to #37 from #38, 52nd week)
"Rude" is only #1 for a week in Radio and #2 on Streaming.
TL;DR? "Counting Stars" has collected points since December to September while "Rude" only came in May.

Rude spent 6 weeks at #1 because there was no competition. It was barely selling 100k by the end.
1. Happy 2. Dark Horse 3. All Of Me 4-5. Fancy 4-5. Counting Stars 6. Problem
Kind of hoping Timber makes it in there somewhere.

well then, I guess my year end top 10 prediction from 5 through 10 would be: 5-OneRepublic-Counting Stars 6-Magic!-Rude 7-Ariana Grande feat. Iggy Azalea-Problem 8-Bastille-Pompeii 9-Jason Derulo feat. 2 Chainz-Talk Dirty 10-Pitbull feat. Ke$ha-Timber

1. "Happy" 2. "Dark Horse" 3. "All Of Me" 4. "Fancy" 5. "Counting Stars"
It will be close between "Fancy" and "Counting Stars", but CS should fall off in two weeks at most leaving "Fancy" time to pass it.
6. "Timber" 7. "Problem" 8. "Rude" 9. "Pompeei" 10. "Talk Dirty"

I think "Stay With Me" will be in the Top 10 (below #5 of course) because is been there for a while now, it peaked at #2, and is still going strong. I don't think "Talk Dirty" will make it.

Why are people putting "Fancy" above "Counting Stars"? The chart runs from December to November. CS had insane longevity and sold many more copies than Fancy has and was a bigger radio hit. "Fancy" could rank ahead of it on a January-to-December chart but I don't think it'll be able to for the Billboard year.

I think it'll be "Happy", "Dark Horse", "All Of Me", "Fancy", and "Counting Stars", in that order.
