Pre-ordered this today. Super excited to hear the full album! Pink's such an incredible vocalist, and more often than not, my favorites from her are usually her relaxed songs/ballads (more recently from TTAL, "The Great Escape", "Beam Me Up", "Good Ol' Days"). Can't wait for it to come in the mail next week!

This is a pleasant album. They sound good together, and P!nk's voice, in particular, is in great shape. My favorite song is probably "Capsized." I don't know if I like what they did to "No Ordinary love" though.

I'm in love with the album. I wasn't sure at first, but now I love it. I think my favorites are Open Door (amazing), Gently & Unbeliever (both are so cute), No Ordinary Love (slays), Love Gone Wrong (unffff), From a Closet in Norway, and Break The Cycle. I dont hate any song, but Second Guess interests me the least, next You and Me. Capsized is weird for me... I love the music, I love Dallas, but some of Alecia's parts I dont really care for.
I adore P!nk but I think Dallas is the supreme vocalist; that being said, Alecia showed-up on this album. It's like all her vocal techniques from all her albums are here...yet with a new sound.
All in all, this collab makes me happy.

Album is out via iTunes and Google Play. Currently #3 on USA iTunes (reached #2...three previously released songs in the Top 50) and #1 on Canada iTunes (3 Top 30 previously released songs).
If you ordered the vinyl and havent received it yet, you should receive an email with the option to dl the album.

^Then he sold out 6 years ago when he toured with a signed, pop star (P!nk). Alecia really wanted to just work with him (collab, probably for her own album and the rest of it just happened). I dont think I can flack someone for that. He didnt do pop music, this has a lot of his influences all over it, its P!nk thats much more out of her spectrum of music that shes known for by the general public. I dont think he shouldnt venture into something because he'll look like a sell-out artist. Artists and singers want to touch people and if that means touring with another act, or putting out a friendship album, to reach more people, then so be it. Hes still an indie artist and will still do his indie career. This project may do little to nothing in terms of press and it could be a lil blip on the radar, or it could do wonders for their careers. I respect your opinion though..this is just mine. :) I read that article earlier when I was on hmv.ca and I thought about his 'disarming' comment and if he means it in true meaning. She's done plently acoustic stripped down songs (studio and live performances) and this has been a dream/goal of hers for a while now...not as a group, but for herself. I think I like that review for the most part though.

I absolutely love this. <3 I'm getting major Civil Wars vibes from this record, which is so comforting considering how The Civil Wars broke up (I'm still not over it, honestly). "Capsized" is undoubtedly my favorite. Pink is one of the most versatile vocalists of today's generation, easily. Great album from start to finish.

The album is OK. The melody is lacking so I don't even remember what songs I liked. This album is something you have in the background when you're doing homework or browsing the web.

It's perfect background music. I don't think that's a bad thing though. I love mood albums that I can play in the background. Unfortunately my vinyl arrived today but it was warped

I love how easy the album is to listen to. I think all the songs have catchiness to them but not in an over the top way that a lot of music/pop music is today. It's an album that I can listen to over and over and not get sick of (yet anyway), cause it's so easy to listen to, and airy. I love anthems as much as the next person, but it's nice to have this refreshing album that's not that. I would say 'Capsized' is my least favourite next to 'Second Guess,' but I don't dislike them. I tend to get the harmonies or ad libs stuff in my head, along with parts of the choruses. I would say the more you listen to it the more you remember. I find songs that I instantly love or can remember are the ones I get tired of the fastest...I find an album/song that takes a couple or few listens will last longer.
I'm glad she got to live out her dream and I'm also glad my two favourite voices came together (cant stress it enough).

This is a really good side project for her to get her voice in great shape so she can make a new solo record.
