Following the steps of DJ Fresh with Ellie Goulding's "Flashlight" and Breach with Kelis' "Rumble", the 2013 remix of AlunaGeorge's UK Top 40 hit "You Know You Like It" is going to receive an official release from French DJ and producer William Grigahcine, better known as his stage name DJ Snake, which this is going to be, apparently, the follow-up single of "Turn Down for What" with Lil Jon.

I definitely prefer the original. I agree with this, but it's not a bad one in my opinion. However, I hope this finds some success because it could lead to AlunaGeorge's breakthrough, especially in the US, if it's considered how big "Turn Down for What" was.

Listed on the Top 40 playlist from PlayIGA and it was mentioned on the AllAccess' iHeart Music Summit article as an upcoming release as well, so apparently it's going to receive a push on the radio soon.

Weren't the follow-ups to Turn Down For What Get Low (DJ Snake) and Bend Ova (Lil Jon)? I think both got top 50 on pop, but I can't remember for sure. I wish they were bigger though.
This song is great, I've never heard the original though. I like a few of AlunaGeorge's songs too, so would be happy to see them have success in the US. They had a good track with Rae Sremmurd recently too.

Weren't the follow-ups to Turn Down For What Get Low (DJ Snake) and Bend Ova (Lil Jon)? Although DJ Snake shares a collaboration credit with Dillon Francis on "Get Low", this is a song from the latter, so I don't consider it as a follow-up from the former. This song is great, I've never heard the original though. I like a few of AlunaGeorge's songs too, so would be happy to see them have success in the US. They had a good track with Rae Sremmurd recently too. As I said before, I would also like this to have some success in the States, mainly for AlunaGeorge's career, since I consider them so underrated. Regarding the latter, I assume you're talking about "One Touch", but this is a Baauer track where they and Rae Sremmurd are the featured acts. PS. If anyone is interested, listen to/watch the video of the original version of "You Know You Like It" here.

I still think AlunaGeorge should have given "Kaleidoscope Love" a chance in the US... but if this brings them exposure I'll be happy.

The song is currently under CNM on AllAccess. Instead of the artwork, the image below is posted, which I assume it will work as the banner as well.

I'm getting into this now. The original was wonderful of course... but this version is a little more suited to 2015. I'm just happy AlunaGeorge is getting some mainstream US exposure since "White Noise" and all of the singles from their lovely debut were never given a push.

Maybe it's only because I heard this version first, but I prefer it to the original. (I do enjoy the original too though) This version just has a darker, sexier vibe that I like & that fit her voice/the lyrics really well.
