Those performances at the Bombshell concert are incredible.

She's stunning on stage. She will be the first Idol to win a Tony.
Singing and dancing really brings out the actress in her. Acting alone she is just mediocre. But when the acting includes singing and dancing, it's like she comes alive.

Yea. That was not good!
She's doing some accoustic set right now for The Daily Cup. They posted a clip on Snapchat and boy she sounds great singing this!

Damn, she is hot! Too bad LML is a total snooze fest. I hope the rest of the album is better.

Don't diss Unbroken, Kat, I'm begging you. Anybody's Heart gave me life yesterday.

Her honesty is refreshing. Sucks we have to wait until September for the album but at least it'll be a confident Pop album. Can't wait to hear!

Amazing interview and thanks vsw for the recap. It's surprising she (as well as others) see her first album as a complete failure. I guess sales wise it didn't live up but the MATERIAL on the album was amazing. I still listen to "Home", "Neglected", and "Each Other", especially the latter! That easy breezy r&b sound comes so natural for her and that's why I was shocked Unbroken was completely different. I did love "Keep Drivin'" though (and still do). Sucks the album was pushed back UGH but Sept. isn't that far away.

Kat sang in accoustic form a new song from her album today - Stranger than Fiction (co-written by Ryan Tedder).

Holy crap. "Stranger Than Fiction" is amazing. I really hope it is the second single. I can't wait to hear the studio version.
I have to say, I'm so glad she didn't abandon making music. Her voice is so lovely, and she keeps getting better and better. I just love Kat. :)

STF sounds SO GOOD! She is so great.
Really happy the album is being pushed back TBH. LML was not the comeback single we were all hoping for, so here's to hoping the next single is really awesome and (hopefully!) gets some radio play!

This makes me feel a bit bad for her, I love "Unbroken." It's ironic that she talks about feeling really vulnerable during that time, because that translated on the record into some of her most emotional songs to date. "Say Goodbye" still gives me chills. I'm glad to hear she's in a better place now, and that's she's also figured out what her version of success is. In this business, there's so much pressure to morph into when other people want you to be; it's great to hear she's finally realized she can be herself, and that's all she can do. I'm excited to hear the album, she's sounding (and looking) gorgeous in these clips.

Album drops September 18th.
I love the cover but I swear I was in love with LML for all of two weeks and then forgot about it. Promo is KEY for these indie artists; wish more of them understood that a bit better.

Great cover. She looks very good. My only complaint is that it doesn't look like her. No cover of hers (even the iconic, big sexy hair fabulousness of her self-titled debut) has really captured her natural beauty, which is a shame.

Wow, I've been so busy lately, I missed all of this. Love LML, first time in a while I've felt good about her radio potential. How exciting!

I understand but she can't seriously expect to sell many records if she drops a single 4 months ahead of her album and does not big to promote it besides a couple random TV appearances, especially since she's not on radio. If I were her, I would've strategized to promote when I was done with the show and had more availability.
