Didn't even know the album was out. DAMN. I'm so late. I ASBOLuTELY LOVED the album. A solid pop record. Too bad she doesn't give a fuck to her singing career anymore. Damage Control is pop perfection. It could absolutely SMASH if released by Interscope or Capitol and properly promoted.

Those acoustic videos are awesome. It's such a shame that more people don't get to hear her beautiful voice.

She's so stunning. She seems at peace with her career now, I hope she finds continued success. "Father Of The Bride" is such an adorable (and underrated), movie; one of my favorites as well.

She performed during the CBS Sinatra tribute tonight and sounded amazing. Her solo during the medley is at 3:45 and then John Legend comes in at 6:20 and she comes back halfway through.
God I love her voice. It's so perfect. I wish she had the time or drive to do a mini tour for Hysteria just to hear those songs live like this.

She is. Such a shame she isn't more well-known.
At least there's Scorpion which is watched by 10 million people every week. She's actually also doing a great job in it! I wish she had more passion for her singing, tho.

I think after Unbroken was as underwhelming as it felt at the time, I didn't give Christmas Is the Time to Say I Love You a full chance (and my god what a horrible cover and egregiously long title). But over the past 48 hours, it's all I've listened to. She sounds SO good on it; her voice is as excellent as ever and it really fits with Christmas music. The title track in particular is fantastic, and she sells it.
She really should be a Queen of Christmas. And a shoutout to her amazing recording of "O Come All Ye Faithful" from the debut album days; even more vocal perfection.

The "never comin' down" portion after the 2nd chorus of "Feather" remains one of the hottest hooks of 2015.

Former singing show contestants tend to deliver great holiday albums. McPhee, Clarkson, Leona, Archuleta, and Chris Mann all have fantastic ones, imo, and I come back to them every year. Still waiting on Carrie and Jordin.

Yas that Idol comeback. Can't wait for her to slay "Over the Rainbow" again.
Also if she could please, please, please mention Hysteria being available on iTunes, that would be great.

I've no doubt she'll slay "Over the Rainbow" again. But what I really need from her is a showstopping "Feather" performance that resurrects her CHR career.

I would die if she segued from "Over the Rainbow" into anything off Hysteria. "Only One", "Burn", "Hysteria", "Don't Need Love", literally any track. Hell, I'd be happy if she performed "Open Toes." Her discography doesn't get enough credit.

Ugh. Break (accoustic) would be such an amazing Idol moment. Too bad she probably already forgot that she put Hysteria out.
