It's rare that I get into any pre-1980's music, but as a middle/early high schooler I was a huge fan of The Beatles and recently I've found myself really getting into ABBA's music. Both bands are viewed as legendary artists whose songs have stood the test of time and they still sell huge amounts of records to this day, despite The Beatles hanging it up officially in 1970, and ABBA in 1982.
So, who's got the stronger discography?

Honestly, I've never delved deep into either of their discographies. I know their greatest hits and their singles just from the various compilations that have been released over the years.
Based on singles, I prefer ABBA. I'm not knocking The Beatles output or influence, clearly they are a far more important act than ABBA. I just prefer ABBA.

OMG the 2 greatest bands of all time. :'( :'( :'( :'( Literally crying at the impact of these 2 without which I'm pretty sure we'd already be in World War 3.

I'm not really big on their music overall, but those select few singles I love from them, I really LOVE. I don't like ABBA at all.

I'm surprised to see these results so far. For me, it's The Beatles quite easily. And I absolutely love ABBA, so that says a lot about the strength of The Beatles.

The Beatles
I never really got into ABBA, although I like "Dancing Queen".
