23 24 PASSION PIT Lifted Up (1985) 571 616 -45 1.595
This is rather upsetting. After all the hype "Take a Walk" had (it even drew ME in), I thought this'd be at least a surefire Top 20.

I don't like this quite as much as "Take A Walk", but geez, it still deserves better than this. Maybe it'll pick back up, but otherwise, what a shame.

I don't dislike this but it's a slight disappointment after the last album

Damn, basically the same chart run as The Naked and Famous' "Hearts Like Ours" is passion pit done on alt radio? :(

I hear this one a lot so it doesn't seem like a failure, especially since The Reeling was the one that was underperformed on the charts. It's alright but the chorus was too cheery sounding for me and still kind of is.

This is starting to become a huge disappointment just like "Absolution Calling"

I don't know? I usually jump at this Indie synth pop, but I've yet to really get into this. I hope it sticks around a while longer?

down to 38 from 27 and with -196. I havn't seen a song flop this hard in a while. It's miles better than some of the other songs on Alt. At least it's doing slightly better than Nate Rues. Who did he piss off in the music bizz?

I think this would've been more popular if we hadn't already had Alternative songs about 1983, 1901, 1979, and another 2000s Alt/pop hit about 1985 - at this point, it's kind of been there done that

2nd biggest snub of the year behind "Absolution Calling", this really deserved to smash.

This got robbed more than Absolution Calling. At least that went top 20. This didn't at all.
