This better go top 10 on alternative I actually wouldn't have a problem with that. They've always leaned more towards the Deftones/Tool/Chevelle side of the Active spectrum.

Considering they haven't gone Top 10 since "Wasteland" hit #1 on Alternative and that was the only time they did before, I'd be absolutely shocked if it did in this day and age. It would be an accomplishment just to go Top 30 I'd think now.
With Active, if this hit the Top 20, I'd say then it did well.

In fact, it's also their only top 10. And everything other than "Wasteland" (which has it's little credibility as an alternative #1 saved by the way the vocals drive the rhythm of the song) is pretty much a post grunge song with the fancy rainbows and unicorns "alternative metal" tag slapped on it. "Wasteland" (although I'll admit is a good song) is in the same boat of absurd #1s as Saliva's "Always", Staind's "Believe", and Alex Clare's "Too Close"

When your list includes Puddle Of Mudd's "Psycho" first and foremost, then we can talk.

Speaking of Deftones/Tool/Chevelle, three bands I absolutely love, here's another band I absolutely love(though not enough to get in top 15, maaaaybe top 20.)
10 Years are a fantastic band and while I have no expectations of this doing well on Alt, I do hope this can hit Top 10 on Active as their lead singles tend to do. "Backlash" was good but subsequent singles from "Minus the Machine" didn't carry the torch well. I'm excited to hear this though.

I think it's a bit less absurd than Believe, Always, and Too Close due to its rhythm, but it is certainly up there. Believe will always be #1 though IMO.

Can this also be in the running (in hindsight) I know Limp Bizkit get alot of hate, and hey, I'm not a big fan either. "Re-Arranged" is IMO their one genuinely really good song though, both musically and lyrically. That's a great and very legitimate #1 IMO.

Remember my ranking of all the Alt #1s? I could have finished that if I kept going past my fuck-ups.

Hey, Limp Bizkit is probably my favorite band ever, so i didnt judge this based on quality, but maybe now in hindsight its strange to think that they had bigger hits in alternative charts than in mainstream rock charts, although probably being the most thuggish of the whole nu-metal scene. This would be comparable to something like Florida Georgia Line scoring top 5 alternative hits today.

And while I'm no Limp Bizkit fan, I think "Re-Arranged" is a very likable song that absolutely was popular enough with the right demographic to reach that peak.

It's too bad they didn't make more songs like "Re-Arranged" and less like "Nookie" and Rollin'". I think it's quite sad when you have like 8 albums and your second best song is a rather weak and pointless cover of "Behind Blue Eyes".

I haven't looked up much about Limp Bizkit in a long while and I'm assuming he might have matured since. I remember being in 10th grade when "Significant Other" came out and my 15-year old friends thought he was pathetic hearing about him all the time in the media about his ego.

Is this it because I cannot confirm it? Wait. No one can. Does this sound like any song off of previous albums because I've search the lyrics and haven't found anything matching this song. www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkoFcUFtdV8

Guitarist Tater Johnson initially wrote a Facebook post stating, “Thanks to everyone for the early support and love on the new single but if y’all really wanna help call your local radio station and request ‘Miscellanea.’ Don’t illegally download it from a bit torrent or post those links. It’ll be on iTunes real soon and we’ll be making a video in a couple weeks. This is how we make a living and when you purchase this the music the money does actually go to us. Thanks again for the love. See y’all on tour.”But Johnson didn’t stop there. He later posted a more in-depth post sparking conversation on illegal downloading that can be read below: Hey all. Tater here. Thanks for your support. This is obviously an open forum, and people are free to say their opinions, and while a lot of the responses to our battle against illegally downloading our single are disheartening, it raises an interesting topic. We all became musicians because of our love for art and music, which is why we stay in this field, but it is also our livelihood and the way we pay our bills. I’ve been in this band since 1998, a founding member and I’ve played every single show. At various times I struggled to keep my house, the lights on, and my junker car on the road, coming home from months on the road owing thousands of dollars, and forced to record albums that cost so much money to make, we could barely pay back the major labels, all because of our art. But the fact is that this is my job and I get paid from touring and merch, but also because of you awesome die-hard fans who actually buy our music, rather than steal it. Most singles air on radio for a bit before they are released to iTunes, Google play, Amazon, or cd, hence the hype and delay. We know there is no possible way to stop the pirating of music, but we are doing what little we can to try and preserve something antiquated. If you think we or I am just about the money, than just do me a favor and unlike/unfollow our band because you’ve missed the whole point and aren’t the ones who help keep us going anyway. The days of getting rich off one single are over and that’s fine. I want you to listen to it and love it because it’s our art, but I also want to get paid for the past year of blood, sweat, tears, writing, writer’s block, re-writing, recording, etc that we’ve been through as a band. Ok, that’s it. For all you lovers, see you at our shows. We love you and appreciate you more than you’ll ever know. And for all you who feel entitled to everything for free, we probably wouldn’t see you anyway because you wouldn’t want to buy a ticket.loudwire.com/10-years-challenge-illegal-downloading-miscellanea/?trackback=tsmclip

Now that I've heard the song, I really love it but I don't think it's radio-friendly enough. I can see this missing top 10 and being their lowest charting lead single.
