- The dominance of Taylor Swift continues as the debut of "Style" gives her three hits in this week's chart
- In an unusual occurrence, both of Charli XCX's hits fall out at the same time (despite "Break The Rules" still getting played as an Extra). Also, the loss of "Boom Clap" now creates a two-way tie between "Rather Be" and "Black Widow" for the longest current run on AT40.
- Selena Gomez gets Two-For-One treatment again this week despite Ed Sheeran's recent hit debuting in the Top 10.
- And, yes, just was the case for "Shake It Off", the AT40 powers that be decide to give Taylor Swift an extra week at #1 again. And in the newest official Mediabase chart, Nick Jonas falls below Taylor but she doesn't rebound at #1 this time around as the meteoric rise of "Uptown Funk!" overtook both of them. Most likely, "Jealous" will wind up being the first Mediabase #1 since Lorde's "Team" to fail to top AT40. We'll know for sure next week.

Now I have my doubts about my favourite record "Jealous" making it to #1 on AT40 because he fell all the way to #3 Mediabase and lost over 1000 spins on top of it.

The only notable fun fact I pulled from this week's show was what Ryan mentioned while introducing this. If "Sugar" hits the top 40 (of course, it will), it will become Maroon 5's 18th top 40 hit. With that, they'd overtake The Black Eyed Peas as the group with the most top 40 hits, so far, this century.

Curiously, all five debuts, ...er, I mean new entries, are in the first hour and all the droppers were from last week's first hour.
The top 4 has been identical for the past 3 weeks, including order of the songs. But that should change
next week. Lots of "Don't" songs this week, including 3 in a row at 33-35. And that doesn't include "Don't". :)
I, for one, like Kelly's new song. It's nice to hear something happy, not angry, from her.
