Time for our first country tournament (with hopefully more to come!). Since winning Season 4 of American Idol, Carrie Underwood has sent 22 songs to the Top 50 of the Hot 100. Vote for 11 of the 22 songs to advance to Round 2. Voting ends on April 22 at 1 pm ET!

*I did not include "I'll Stand By You" because it was released during her time on American Idol, while the other 2 promo singles listed at the end were released post-Idol*

I know this poll is just a microscopic example, but it really shows how much of a smash "Blown Away" could have been had it had adequate cross-genre promotion. Then again, "Before He Cheats" wasn't pushed until much later on in its Pop/AC run. Still, the whole Blown Away era, despite its huge successes, seems like the era of missed opportunities for Carrie.
