I've seen "HH21sleevesup" being promoted, so I guess we know what the "21" means. HH's new song is out on the 21st. But there's also a new song from Hunter called "21" that he's been performing on tour.
Not sure what "sleevesup" mean though.

I'm very excited! I love Hunter Hayes' music, I was disappointed in the last album, but hopefully this project will be much better!

Looking forward to hearing this! Hopefully Hunter's new music is more geared to radio like his first album was. I still say "Wild Card" could have saved his 2nd album though, but his label people or him were to blind to see that. I don't want Hunter to be the next Bryan White. His new album has to get him back to the top!

If you go to Hunter's official site, you will see a black and dark green layout with a timer on top of the page. I assume 2 days, 3 hours and 8 mins til the song is premiered!!! Hope "21" is better in the long run. apps.hunterhayes.com/black/

I'm looking forward to this. Even though Invincible was a disappointment overall, I still have faith that he'll deliver with this.

Wonder how Hunter got his name on this as a writer? Dallas's demo of this song was available on his website as recently as a couple months ago and I'm positive Hunter wasn't an original writer on the song.

The word was that Hunter's lead single was going to be an outside cut but the Kelley Lovelace tweet says otherwise. Perhaps they tweaked the song with the help of Hunter?

I shared this song with family when I first heard it on Dallas' website. Said it will be a #1 hit for whoever covers it (and still believe it)----This songs lyrics fit the country male demographic to a T. If they "party the song up" it will be huge.

The song sounds generic to me. I guess he's really playing it safe after his last era. Saying that, it should be a big hit. There's nothing radio loves more than a mediocre party song. One thing I love about Hunter is his different style of writing compared to what everyone else is doing. I don't care for this.

From listening to Hunter's live performances of the song against the demo, there are several differences in the verses and bridge, which probably explains his added credit.

Well I don't remember who said he seemed like he'd follow Bryan White's career trajectory but I can see that happening. I don't hope for it to happen but if this doesn't hit I can see it.

I was the one who first said that about Bryan White. I can see it happening. Hunter seems lost recording such a genric, phone in, cookie cutter song like this. Dallas Davidson is a writer who is helping kill Country music for good. If Harlan Howard help create it, Dallas is succeeding in destroying it. I'm sad that Hunter was sucked into his web of crappy songs.

I don't think Davidson is destroying country music at all though. I like quite a few of his songs. He's writing stuff that's just more commercial, mainstream or whatever you wanna call it. It would seem more to me that the mainstream is just shifting away from your tastes, which is perfectly fine and happens all the time. I wouldn't mind if the music sounded more 'country' like the past but I still see Davidson as someone who'd be a part of such sounds.

Dallas Davidson has gone through a little dry spell with cuts and singles of late. He got a few on the Tyler Farr CD but as far as singles go, Luke Bryan and Hunter Hayes are the first releases since last summer.

I've never loved Hunter Hayes music. I loved I Want Crazy and Tattoo but the others have to me been a little bland. Having said that I hope he stays he's not one of the bros and for that I'm happy.
I'll predict this debuts in the Reba Kip Moore Maddie & Tae and Chase Rice range.
I don't know who can answer this but assuming the songs that are struggling this week AKA Gloriana and Eric Paslay. Assuming they stay would we have more people probably pushed out due to these huge debuts.

I think this is decent enough...but am I the only one who likes Dallas Davidson's version better?
