I'll start. Kill me for this lol.
Nicki Minaj featuring Drake and Lil Wayne - Truffle Butter - This song is ok but I do not get the hype over it. There's nothing very appealing in this song after all.
Little Big Town - Girl Crush - Don't get me wrong. I generally like Karen Fairchild's vocals. But this song has burnt out on me again and I don't love it as much as the rest of the posters here do, and it has nothing to do with the lyrical content that caused the 'controversy' of this song. I'll still be rooting for this though to show that songs that deal with such matters can still do well (unlike Kacey Musgraves' "Follow Your Arrow" which sadly underperformed). I'll still give this song a B+ rating; I like it, but I don't love it.
Mumford & Sons - Believe - Another song that burnt out on me, but slightly. Some of the rock posters here seem to love this, even voting for this over the much superior "Coming for You" by The Offspring.
Slipknot - Custer - There isn't any catchy part of the song except the chorus, but that is ruined by all the horrible screaming, which makes the verses even more tolerable.
Tori Kelly - Nobody Love - See Truffle Butter, though it's been a while since I listened to this in full. I may have to listen to this again, then I'll give my opinions again.
And my rankings
Believe>Girl Crush>Truffle Butter/Nobody Love>>> Custer

Taylor Swift's Out Of The Woods. Even as a fan, I don't get the entire love for it. It's nice and catchy, but there are better tracks in 1989.

Also, I guess you guys are referring to Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" and not the one by Bastille, right?

I think as an artist, Tori Kelly, along with many other singers who amassed big YouTube followings and got signed, are generally highly overrated. They have a dedicated core fanbase, which is why labels are snatching them up left and right, but very few of them bring anything new to the table.

Every song on 1989. Not that the songs are bad. I just don't hear the earth-shattering, game-changing pop that everyone else seems to.
Also "Uptown Funk," "Love Me Harder," and every Maroon 5 song since "Jagger."

Most of Maroon 5's singles. I will give them Animals and One More Night because those were bops, but I do not understand how songs like sugar, and Daylight smashed so hard.

Since U Been Gone by Kelly Clarkson. She has waaaaay better songs, yet this one gets so much praise. Same with John Mayer and Daughters.

Maroon 5 for the most part. I tolerated their music for a long time, but it is really infuriating that a huge number of their songs go big just because of the artist. Honestly they aren't the worst band out there, but I begin to like them less and less with each new single that smashes because they always outperform what they ought to.

New to the list
Taylor Swift - Bad Blood
After I gave her last two singles a pass, this song returns her to her lame songwriting (it's still better than Sh*t It Off). The only reason why I like the remix is because of Kendrick Lamar.

Maybe it's just this board but I think "Love Me Harder" is SO overrated. I read many comments on here that compared it to GaGa's "Do What You Want". I don't hear it. "Love Me Harder" is kind of boring compared to it.
I also find Ellie's "Love Me Like You Do" to be overrated. I just don't see all the hype behind it. It's listenable but not the song of 2015 like many have said it is.
This may get me shot but I never got the love for Taylor's "Style" either. I don't hate it but I NEVER heard Smash hit when hearing it??

In recent months, SYA is WAY overrated. Definitely agree, it's a decent song but not the masterpiece people are making it out to be.
