I see another Z550SOG budding...
I expected bigger gains out the gate from Maroon 5, but I guess with Sugar still holding on fairly well it's to be expected. Did they release pre-maturely?

I'd say it's rising very fast on radio, maybe even more than it should be considering it's not doing too good on sales.

The Pretty Girls shade was uncalled for. T Swizzle would be upset with you.

The Pretty Girls shade was uncalled for. T Swizzle would be upset with you. I don't really think it is shade tbh. It kinda is flopping, or at least underperforming greatly.

Looks like we'll have another viral chart entry this week. An A capella cover of Sia's "Chandalier" has been passed around the past few days, and it seems to be on the brink of exploding after it got featured on Buzzfeed. Already #42 on iTunes.

When will be the release of Where Are U Now's music video? I read an article that said they may not make one and if they do make one it may be funded by a kickstarter campaign. I guess Justin Bieber's manager said he's in if they do make one? Maybe they didn't realize it would take off as much as it did???

Does anyone know whether any other artist has had that many singles in the top 40 (all lead roles) any time recently? If so who was it and when? I know The Beatles did way back in the day.

Seriously? if anyone puts money towards it they're idiots. Justin is a multi millionaire and I'm sure Skrillex is going ok. Side note. If you like that song and Skrillex, listen to the song 'To You' on that album. It's amazingly good.

Highly unlikely with no airplay and his streaming will lag far behind SYA and BB, unless the video or song really explodes on streaming the rest of the tracking period.

The sales decline should still be enough to knock Bad Blood down to #2 on this chart though

Any chance for The Weeknd to debut at #1 in hot 100 next week? Slim-none. EVEN if The Weeknd had strong sales the entire week, it doesn't have nearly the airplay BB does.

I really hope radio starts to slow down with SYA. I liked that song for a week before it completely burned out for me. I need a huge jam for summer, not some rap/sung song about death. I am happy though about all the other gains in the Top 20.
Just wondering, what are the early predictions for #1 this week?

Where did the Weeknd come from? Seems out of the blue As in himself as a whole? Or the new single? He had a successful single (here in Canada at least, I heard it on the radio all the time) a couple years ago, Wicked Games, but before that I hadn't heard of him.
