Cool cover art
I admit, I'm a little nervous by that title, but David delivered a heck of an album last time and I'm counting on it again, with this song and his other new ones.

A Jonathan Singleton and Deric Ruttan written song automatically leaves me hopeful, along with the fact it's sung by David Nail.

Ah, radio has been missing David; as have I.
Here's hoping radio is kind to his next album-he is so underrated. Seeing how he is such a soulful singer at times, I'm hoping the current R&B-ish trend will be his friend.

I can't wait for new music from David! I heard him perform a couple of new songs a few months but don't think this was one of them.

Aw man, this is really good. The melody is great and I enjoy the lyrics. The production is pretty good as well, and I like the instrumentation a great deal, especially the verses. The "Ohh's" are a catchy element added in, but I would like the song without them. David's voice makes this song automatically better anyway, lol. Even though this is a summer themed song, this one will be peaking in the fall/winter, which will be odd but whatever; as long as it does hit for David. I'm hoping he can get back to the top 10 with this; knowing it's Davis Nail though, it'll take at least 48 weeks to get there.

This is a great song. I know I am bias because David is probably my favorite singer at the moment, but this is just a damn good song.

I'm so happy David Nail's back with new music :)
On first listen, I like it, but not as much as I want to. But it's a David Nail song, so I know it'll grow on me.
I really hope this goes #1, and not take FOREVER to climb up the chart...

This is another great song from David Nail, but he's never released anything that's ever disappointed me, honestly. I really enjoy this though and I'm pretty optimistic that this will repeat the trend of his last two eras and wind up being his third #1 hit. Really excited for new music! I would like to see this one climb a bit faster than the usual David Nail chart run, though I can't say I'm expecting that, but I just can't wait to get my hands on a new album from my second-favorite male vocalist in country music. <3

I could do without the Ohhs and the pop-like sound between the verses, but Im sure they'll grow on me. Maybe those are in there for the "radio-friendly" element...!

I like this song, but don't LOVE it. I was expecting to LOVE it upon my first listen. I am pretty darn sure that it will grow on me, since I am a David Nail fan - and it took awhile for me to get into "Whatever She's Got." I could really do without the "Oohs" but maybe they'll be okay after a few more listens, lol. I read an article from The Boot, yesterday that said he was most excited about this album. If it is true that he feels it is the best thing he has done, than as long as it is half as good as I'm A Fire, I will be on board.

I didn't like this as much as I thought I was going to right off the bat, but I'm sure it'll grow on me. David is one of my favorite male vocalists in country music today and his last album was so good it'll be hard for anything to quite compare to it. There were so many gems left as album cuts, but that is more of a problem with today's country radio than anything else. I agree that I could do without the "Ooh's" and would actually like to hear the song without them to see if it changes my opinion. None the less, glad to have some new David Nail music out!

I'm curious for how many adds this gets. Hopefully with enough David can sneak in for Mondays chart. I miss David Nail music as he has one of the richest more pure voice.

Great song from my fellow Missouri boy. He's a very underrated artist in my opinion. I'm disappointed he didn't release another 1 or 2 singles from his last album, I'm A Fire

It's a shame that he's basically been limited to two singles for each album era because of how slowly they climb and since radio only seems to want him to have one big hit per era.

I'm from Lebanon if you know where that is. I support all my Missouri singers but mainly David Nail and Tyler Farr.

I've heard of Lebanon though I've never quite been out that way (closest I've been is Springfield).

This is pretty decent. I echo every one else's sentiments about the "Ooohs and Ooohs", I could do without. But the chorus sounds pretty unique despite the lyrics being out of the ordinary. I think this one should do well for him. At the very least the callout scores should pretty good, this is about as inoffensive as a song can get.

Did anyone else who bought this song on iTunes notice that the ending appears to be cutoff? Sounds like the outro should go on a few seconds longer.

Fingers crossed on this one! David needs to be on the radio - such a good voice.

I'm OCD about certain things, and this is for sure one of them that'll bother me more than it should lol. We need to inquire about this further to see if there's a fix.

I like this song have had it on repeat since the beginning and feel like it could be the big hit he needs to hopefully finally break him out.
