We've had a lot of great music videos so far this year, and hopefully more to come! My personal favourite have been Sia's Elastic Heart and Zedd's I Want You To Know. The story and dance in EH is so powerful, watching it becomes addicting. The ending scene was also very unexpected, and surprisingly emotional the first time I watched it. I liked IWYTK simply bc I love radio friendly EDM jams (which Zedd is great for), and when their videos involve quick changing dance scenes.. I stan. Plus Selena looked flawless! Especially in the mirror scenes.

"Run Away With Me". It's simple but it effectively captures the feeling of euphoria in the song and is a feel good video in general. Carly also looks stunning so that certainly helps.

I can't really decide between two. I really like Taylor's "Bad Blood" and watch it for the visuals while Kendrick Lamar's "Alright" has such a powerful message (the song and the video). I've watched "Bad Blood" many times which is an anomaly for me because I usually only watch music videos once. I've only watched "Alright" once. but after I watched it, I was left in awe. I can totally see why this is nominated for Video of the Year at the VMAs and this one should win, which I don't see happening unfortunately.
